The President wants churches to reopen. For many congregations, that might not be the best choice. People 55+ are 30% of the pop., but make up 90% of COVID deaths. 52.9% of weekly attending Christians are 55 or older.

And, the reason is, his poll numbers are slipping...
Will the Dumps be in attendance at church? Anyone? Schmeuller? Schmeuller?

He'll be happy to sacrifice your family so he can get reelected... wait, how does that work again?

Yes, the Patriot Act amendment to track us online is real

More “bad touch” from the guys who brought us PRISM

Just being able to calmly purchase toilet paper feels like reason enough to celebrate these days. But one thing a lot of people won’t be cracking champagne over this month is the renewal of the Patriot Act/USA Freedom Act — and its terrible inclusion of a provision to allow government collection of Americans’ internet browsing and search histories without a warrant.

That is, if Congress gets its collective **** together and passes it to the Oval Office for a signature. Right now, the Act has crossed the Senate and is going back to the House, with a fight over amendments already boiling over.

Yet, it was the one amendment that didn’t pass which has privacy fans ready to break their champagne bottles on a rock and use them as shivs. That amendment, from Senator Ron Wyden, would have specifically excluded internet browsing and search history from what the government is allowed to collect.

Wyden’s amendment would have countered Senate GOP Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s amendment, which “will expressly permit the FBI to warrantlessly collect records on Americans’ web browsing and search histories,” reported Daily Beast with the scoop. The outlet added, “In a different amendment, McConnell also proposes giving the attorney general visibility into the ‘accuracy and completeness’ of FBI surveillance submissions to the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Court.”

To recap: McConnell added warrantless surveillance of Americans’ browsing and search, Wyden countered it with the Senate version of LOLNO, and then Wyden’s amendment failed by just one vote. Engadget senior editor Richard Lawler pointed out that “Washington senator Patty Murray would have voted yes, but was still flying back to D.C. when the votes were cast.”

“Under the McConnell amendment, Barr gets to look through the web browsing history of any American—including journalists, politicians, and political rivals—without a warrant, just by saying it is relevant to an investigation,” Wyden told Daily Beast.......rest of story below.

Vote Judge Gray 2020 and keep bigtits.com away from thebigt's tracking history!

To be honest, I dont think that would stop the NSA from doing whatever the hell they want to do, nor will he alone have the power to dismantle it.

blacks have bidens chestnuts roasting on a open fire...they are going to force biden to propose radical changes that poor whites are going to be very unhappy with...regardless of what biden and sanders think, there are many poor whites in this country also.

if biden is elected racial divide will be higher by far, imo.

Social and racial engineering is failure. Equal rights and protections for "people" is a win.

life is already stacked against poor people regardless of color...if biden goes too far and adopts radical changes in favor of blacks this is going to cause a whole lot more racial divide than we have now, imo.

With racial engineering you may end up with more poor people. No group gets more Federal money than the Native Americans and they mostly live in crap, they are the most impoverished race in the country. Figure that! Even many around the Casino communities. The ones that prosper are the ones that the US Gov never labeled as official Native such as Lumbee Tribe.

true to his name, thebigot is spreading fear about how black people are going to take over the country if Biden is elected. Just reusing the same propaganda from when Obama was running huh?

  • No federalization of the supply chain.
  • No national testing program.
  • No national closure and reopening standards.
  • No effort to lead the global response.
  • The problem isn’t that Trump’s COVID response has been flawed.
  • The problem is he’s mounted NO NATIONAL RESPONSE AT ALL.
He's a loser baby. Bigly.

LOL...if trump would have ordered federal mandates you would be calling him a dictator. it was totally appropriate to leave up to individual governors since every state wasn't affected in same way.

How's it feel to be called a communist by the thread's welfare queen? Especially when you're correct! Trump has no problem stomping on states' rights any other time, but seems to want his cake and eat it to when it comes to COVID-19.

36,000 more people would be alive today if he'd acted... he didn't.
100,000 dead Americans lie at his feet. It's his fault. His watch. He failed in his line of duty to the oath he took.

Not what the medical community said then or ever, but keep lying about it! Add it on top of the racist scare tactics you've already started. Last election it was all of those caravans that were going to take over the country if there wasn't a wall. Now it's apparently the black people controlling Biden.
