Fire works still pretty normal in PA. I was kinda surprised

Edit: because it seems to me we are lead by Philly which seems to follow New York and Jersey. Philly has one of the first Soro’s pro crime DAs. My buddy is a cop there and uh…yea dude it’s nuts and I’m not like a “thin blue line” guy or anything. As said before some good some terrible. Read Ordinary Men if you want to see what “following orders” can do.

New York Governor to Require 3 Years of Good “Character and Conduct” on Social Media for Gun Carry Permit

On Friday (July 1), New York lawmakers overhauled the state’s firearm licensing laws, to preserve some limits following a decision by the Supreme Court striking down a century-old state law that required someone to demonstrate a unique threat before being allowed to carry a concealed weapon outside of their homes.

After the Supreme Court’s decision, NY Gov. Kathy Hochul called the legislature back to work. Supporters of the new law, which passed both chambers with huge support, say that it strikes the right balance between keeping firearms out of the hands of those likely to carelessly use them and compliance with the Supreme Court ruling.

The new law will require people who want a license to hand over a list of their social media profiles so that authorities can review their “character and conduct.”

Hypothetical question trying to relate our current time to Rome. Do you believe here in the west and America in particular we are witnessing the fall of the republic or the fall of the empire?

I’d say republic as there is enough power to control I’d say for decades barring anything much more major than we have witnessed. I believe also without major change the days of a republic of states is almost done. We mine as well be the United state with how the federal government wants to rule every state. To me it’s disgusting and I just wish everyone would find them as illegitimate as I do.

It seems every time the focus is not on the individual it is because they can’t blame traditional white males. I was wondering why I haven’t heard much about the actual shooter. Seen the picture. Makes sense.

The most detailed Ive seen about him was running into a local news program about him, the kid actually made video's about considering school shootings and his own death against police.

The United States Constitution is already dead, most of the poli-ticks just use it for ceremonial purposes and to give the illusion that people have true freedom, liberty and choice.

Yea I mean it’s pretty obvious that for most politicians it’s just something in the way.

When you read people who formed the country, whether you agree or not, they had very impressive deep thoughts about mankind. When I think of my entire life I can’t think of one president or high up politician who has written anything I think would be worth reading 200 years from now.

They had their issues but for those time's globally they were least worst and genius's when it came to advancing the human race under a non-anarchist system (they were kinda mini-anarchists) and we have led up to being the most free, powerful and least racist country in the world, but it sure is deteriorating rapidly before our eyes.

Too many people only consider the immediate now and immediate future, far overly shortsighted of consequences when they decide to lean towards compromising their liberties for security and safety. As Jefferson said, when you choose that path you have neither and its all showing that. Both Republicrats and Demicans have sunk our country into the sewers.

I don’t know if you read Hans Herman Hoppe but he explains in great detail how our system is actually set up to be short sighted. It’s called “Democracy: The God That Failed.” It can be found free in Spotify if you listen to audios. I have a list of like a thousand books I’m trying to get too. Some I read some listen. He studied under Rothbard…who was a game changer for me with “Anatomy of the State” essay.

But yes what you describe is accurate and has been drawn out in great detail that I find hard to refute. Even if you refute the answers the diagnosis is spot on.

Im not a big "book" reader when it comes to politics, mostly shorter articles or segments here and there, I have read some Ron Paul books but usually I pick chapters to read of my more interested topics.

Actually there is a book I want to pick up, maybe Ill do it today, Iver read bits and pieces online. The Federalist Papers is something Im really interested in reading, heading to Amazon right now lol....I meant to buy it a while back but didnt know which edition/publisher to buy.

Yea I happen to have a job that doesn’t challenge me mentally and they allow headphones so I listen to a lot. Mostly history, some science fiction, classics, philosophy, murder porn haha

Federalist papers are great because people pretend we can’t know the founders intentions which completely ignores the fact that many were prolific writers. It’s been a minute but I believe Hamilton wrote under a Roman pen-name.

It's very akin the the Fall of Rome, and the same factors that facilitated that fall are involved in the fall here.

It's happening everywhere to some degree, but it's most notable in the US due to how big and diverse it's people are and obviously the attention drawn to it.

But when you read the causes of the fall of Rome, it's pretty easy to draw parallels.

Plus people seem to overlook mental health as well. It's HUGE right now. Social media drives ALOT of issues, because we have access to every neighbourhoods news when in the past we were only concerned with our own backyards. Like I hear news from small corners of the world I had no clue about, but all of a sudden I'm made to care by the simple fact it is available to me.

When I was 10, the most important thing to me was what tricks I could pull on my bike, now it's about how famous people can get on TikTok. Kids are growing up in an era where popularity, looks and identity is more important than having fun.

Those types of pressures are literally destroying mental health

Yeah sure, because of this deranged asshole well known to be a psychopathic lunatic lets disarm good law abiding citizens and ban them from bullet proof vests to protect themselves from these sick monsters, says liberal dimwits.

-----------------------------
The suspected Highland Park mass shooter once tried to commit suicide, then threatened to “kill everyone’’ in his home while hoarding a huge stash of knives months later — yet was still able to legally buy rifles and pistols afterward, officials acknowledged Tuesday.

Officers spoke to Crimo and his parents, but the matter was handled by mental-health professionals at time, said Lake County Major Crime Task Force spokesman Christopher Covelli at a news conference.

“There was no law-enforcement action to be taken. It was a mental-health issue handled by those professionals,” Covelli said.

A few months later, in September 2019, a concerned family member then reported to cops that Crimo had made deadly threats against his relatives, Covelli said.

“A family member reported that Crimo said he was going to kill everyone and Crimo had a collection of knives,” Covelli said. “The police responded to his residence. The police removed 16 knives, a dagger and a sword from Crimo’s home.”

Interesting new episode of the Scott Horton show with Alan Macleod explaining how all of the major websites of the world have been infiltrated by large number of hirings of Intelligence officers. Basically everything we have accused tik tok of being(and it likely is) we are doing ten fold. We literally try to use it as another globalist weapon on the world as well as isolating our citizens ability to receive information.

But you know, they will say it is to protect democracy. Right. Sure.

The article being discussed if anyone is interested. I’m at work and did not read it yet but I’m listening to the conversation on it.
Not shocked at all, this is where we can invalidate the "private company can do whatever they want" debate as when the government infiltrates the 1st Amendment, it is in fact a violation of the 1st Amendment what Twitshyt and other social media companies have been doing.

Have you ever heard of Operation Mockinbird? Nothing every changes.

Yea I always thought that was kind of silly to say companies that have a direct entanglement financially and in personnel to the government are “iTs a PrIVaTe cOMpAnY.”

Side note the term fascism is derived from a term meaning to join or merge…yea I don’t know why that came up in my head.

My safety class instructor was a retired cop, and although the LEOSA allowed him to conceal carry on planes (something to with with patriot act I think) he got in trouble for having hollow points when he landed in New Jersey and they took him in. Didnt ask how that turned out but he got in trouble.

Makes no sense, fuqqing government retards just trying to destroy good people.

Texas cop asked to kill Uvalde shooter Salvador Ramos before shooting started: report
An Uvalde police officer armed with a rifle requested to shoot Salvador Ramos outside Robb Elementary School on May 24 just before the 18-year-old gunman launched the massacre, it was revealed on Wednesday.

The officer’s supervisor either did not hear the request or responded too late to open fire on Ramos, allowing the shooter to enter the building where he killed 19 children and two teachers, according to the Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training Center.

The incident was among the biggest missed opportunities to stop or kill the Uvalde gunman before he entered the school, according to a report by a Texas law enforcement group.

“The officer turned to get confirmation from his supervisor and when he turned back to address the suspect, (the gunman) had already entered the west hallway unabated,” said the report.

COVID-19 Vaccine Doses, Once in High Demand, Now Thrown Away

@COVID19Up: Governments, drugmakers and vaccination sites are discarding tens of millions of unused COVID-19 vaccine doses amid sagging demand, a sharp reversal from the early days of the mass-vaccination campaign, when doses were scarce.

Vaccine manufacturer Moderna recently discarded about 30 million doses of its COVID-19 mRNA injection after failing to find takers, while pharmacies and clinics have had to throw out unused doses from multi-dose vials from Moderna and Pfizer that have a short shelf life once they are opened.

Germany’s health officials have disposed of about 3.9 million COVID-19 vaccine doses that were sitting in a federal central warehouse and expired at the end of June.

Canada has disposed of 1.2 million expired doses of Moderna’s vaccine, and is set to throw out about 13.6 million expired doses of AstraZeneca's COVID-19 vaccine, according to the government health department.

Leaked Phone Call Reveals Fiery Exchange Between Putin, Macron Days Before Ukraine War

Just four days before Moscow’s forces attacked Ukraine in February, Vladimir Putin and Emmanuel Macron had a furious argument over the phone, with the Russian strongman claiming that Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelensky was lying to the French president, according to a bombshell leak.

Macron called his Russian counterpart to offer his views on the escalating situation and discuss “useful actions” to defuse it.

Putin quickly turned the conversation to “our dear colleague Mr. Zelensky,” accusing the Ukrainian president of “lying” to Macron about his intention to implement the Minsk Accords, which had sought to end the war in the Donbas region.

Putin then took issue with Zelensky’s apparent refusal to negotiate with pro-Kremlin Ukrainian separatists, which infuriated the French president and prompted him to exclaim in audible frustration: “I don’t know where your lawyer learned law!”

He then added: “I don’t know what lawyer will be able to tell you that in a sovereign country, the texts of laws are proposed by separatist groups and not by the democratically elected authorities.”

Putin fired back at his French counterpart, arguing that Zelensky’s government was not democratically elected.

“They came to power in a bloody coup, with murders and arsons and people being burned alive,” Putin told Macron.

This is pretty wild. I notice most people I talk to know literally nothing about what has been happening in Ukraine since 2014. They also know nothing about the constant treaty breaking from Clinton to Trump. Seems most people think Putin when mad one day and wants to rebuild the USSR while simultaneously being their arch rival of WWII the Nazi’s.

These same people can vote away my rights or support Warhawks that spend my money they steal on causing destruction around the globe. Seems kinda ridiculous to me.

How did we get to a point where people think when prices are high it is because companies are greedy? When they lower is that when collectively ceos have compassion?

Just seeing some of Biden’s ridiculous comments that will inflame his economically illiterate base. Gas is high bc collectively gas stations raised prices. Not one of them would think to lower it to his imaginary price and just put the others out of business?

It’s all so dumb. Our school system is failing people so bad in so many ways.

More companies work together to bolster prices than you think. Many simply take advantage of phrases like "inflation" to justify increased prices - if inflation were to blame, the profit margins would stay roughly equal to before inflation, but they don't - profits keep rising.

If profits are rising, it's because the increase isn't just to coincide with inflation, it's to profiteer on it.

Think of it this way - there are 2 competing gas stations across the road from each other, both offer comparative prices (let's say 2.80 per liter). There's no incentive to drop prices, because both attract pretty equal customer bases on both sides of the road. You might think "well 1 would drop their price to take their share", but why would they do that? Both would just drop their prices in response, so naturally they find a happy medium rather than drop profits.

It's the same as "if you find a lower price, we'll beat it" type deals - all that does is offer a pricing floor. Why would any competitor offer lower prices if they know their customer will just move off to the one offering the price beating deal, so instead of promoting competition and helping drive prices down, it actually creates a floor price that stifles any win for the consumer. It intentionally keeps prices high while seemingly like it has the customers best intentions at heart.

Its supposed to fail bad in so many ways, so in effect its a huge success!

Have you heard of Charlotte Thomson Iserbyt, former senior policy advisor to the Department of Education under Reagan who turned whistleblower? This is part why we have a new large breed of snowflakes and tulips, they already got to all their parents.

Gas stations here actually dont make much money off gas here, they do better when people go in the store and buy overpriced snacks, coffee, booze/ciggs, lottery tickets, ice cream, etc....if they have a repair shop built, or car wash thats another nice business.

When I go to the gas station I dont look for the cheapest gas....first it needs to be newer, I avoid old looking gas station with older tanks.....and 2nd, they have to have the best flavored "fresh" coffee, this month they have my annual favorite, Rainbow Cookie, they have it in both hot and iced, I love that!

There is this other one where the coffee machines are like little computers and all have fresh beans on top of them, you select your coffee flavor/type and it fresh grinds the beans for your cup in real time, usually there is a couple machines each with 3 different coffee beans in each. Extremely fresh. Ill get my gas there too!

So its all about the coffee and not having rusty looking crap :)

I have 2 different Nespresso Machines in my kitchen, I know how to live the good life.

Yes even in tough times business can not just break even. If my work stopped paying me I would stop working. If you do not believe the government printing money while creating supply scarcities would raise prices I would just say I completely disagree.

Damn, cant believe Shinzo Abe got shot in Japan with a shotgun! First, I never was a fan of his politics but I do hope he makes it through alright.

Japan has hardcore gun control laws, and it looks like the shooter made himself a home made double barrel shotgun but lets wait for confirmation on that.
