My morning weight is (as of this morning) Body weight- 142 on the button Upper body work Bench- 220x11 Wide lat pull down- 155x17 OHP 115x19 Deadlift 320x6 followed with one set of 240x12 CGBP 180x17 *stretches *16min tabata Had a helluva workout! I'll post my dead video. I forgot to record my bench![]()
Find out if you can ramp the bar at the meet. If your fed doesn't allow it (mine doesn't), stop training with it and get used to dead weight. If they do, perfect it. Flex your triceps/lock your arms as you take your grip/take the slack out of the bar. 365 is all yours, if not more my dude.

I've been reading about it but a little confused so i was ordering if you could help me out. I understand the rest pause scheme of 11-15 rp (pick weight you can do 10 times, do it, 15 short breaths, do it again, 15 breaths, and again for three sets total and if over 15 reps add weight next time, under 15 than add reps next time). I'm just confused on exercises for biceps or triceps where dante recommends higher rest pause ranges of 15-20 rp or 20-30 rp. Like how do those work? Like is it still the same weight you can do for 10 but since its a smaller muscle group more reps can be achieved on the rest paused group compared to the compound exercises such as incline bench where you'd do something like 10, 4,2. Sorry to interrupt your log just hard finding someone running a dc training log currently so figured I'd ask you lol

I'ma remember that! So is RTS a general ongoing program, and you can simply dial in a peaking period once you have the meet date? The Cube Kingpin is 10 wks (3x3, then a deload into the meet). Also, are you coming to the actual meet on saturday?

yeah. It's like a single board press, but gives in with weight on the bar. Very similar to a towel press.Is the foam press like a soft pad you're sinking into your chest, or does it stop the bar?
