No need to apologize. I've read a good amount on HBCD for intra (better paired with EAAs/ bulk leucine/HICA) and if you got the dough throw in casienates (pepto) but like I've said I've gone the route of carbs intra with Bcaa/EAA blend before and haven't noticed a notable impact on my recovery. And my trainings on point (we all say that though don't we?) What I find funny is, meadows, the man who got this movement started, and talks about recovery is on copious amount of AAS. So his "recovery" is sped up REGARDLESS of what his "intra" supplements are. Like I said I'm on the fence. I may give it a go again.
If you truly have looked into it, and researched it (which I believe you have) then I respect your stance.....but sooooo many weenees on here, even "smart" ones, discredit the idea while they are comparing apples to oranges.
