Doggcrap, myokem and ... a tyga?

My cardio is tabata on the elliptical. I don't do exercises because I'm on doggcrapps training protocol

How do you do tabata on the elliptical? :)
 
I set the resistance high, and go all out for 20 seconds then rest for ten seconds and repeat for 16 mins :)

I do. When I was 18ish, I did one cycle of DC "blast and cruise" and put on roughly 8lbs. Was natty at the time too

You feel tabata gives you better results than regular HIIT, 1 min on 30 sec rest for example?

HITT is usually a 1:2 ratio. 30 second sprint 1 minute rest. But, yeah I do. I'd rather do tabata than LISS, MISS or standard HITT. Also, burn same amount of calories in half the time!

Took me while to get into WANTING to lift. I wanted to be there but my head wasn't 100% in it. Downed my nitramine, did my voodoo flossing for my adductors and flexors. Also went through the ELITE FTS hip drills (banded)

I was stoopid veiny today, strength is steadily climbing still! Haven't began to slow down, or slightly plateaued on any exercise yet. Should get even better with the upcoming weeks when MAGNITROPIN & ALPHADEX kick in!

Tried to link my working set and widow maker set of squats but YouTube is being a lil bish!

-went a little higher on my protein therefore my CHO and fats came down slightly :(

Hit a new gym today and it was packed WmUp: TM walking 8mins Deads: Conventional Barx10 135x10 225x8 315x8x3 Damn cardio sesh Front Squats: 135x5 225x8x5 Hips got really sore here, if its not one thing its another but I must keep onward Bb Lunges: 135x10 185x8x3 Really felt great Step Ups: Box was just below my kneecap and I figured it was gametime Bar X 10 135x8 225x8x3 These sucked so bad, the knee drive at the top was killer but damn it got some looks lol Uni Leg Press: couldn't find the weight x20x5 KB Dual Deadlifts: 80x12x2 100x12x2 Lying Ham. Curls: Honestly loved this 70x10x3 90x10x2 Knee Ext: 110x15 130x20x3 Whoa! Did Calf Raises all over this workout as my superset and blasted them hard in the beginning. Def a major bring up point in my future period.

you got it. the only thing the rep points are good for is if reps are looking for loggers we tend to sway towards a member that has a history and is looked at in a positive light by the board. rep points helped in that aspect.

Yep all about post count. I know on one forum once you hit a certain amount you can put your own title.
