Does IBE ever pick up the phone?

I've been trying to call them on their line for over a week, couple times a day at all different times, and i have yet to get them to pick up?!

is there something going on with them?

i love IBE, but the last time i had this much trouble trying to place an order was back when the hurricanes were messing them up?

whats the deal?
 
What times are you calling? I get through just fine. Depending on your time zone you may be hitting them at bad times.
 
Yeah - I've had problems, and I'm a mod.

Let me to make this known to LMR. I know a few of us mods were voicing the same opinion.

Just keep trying though.

I am a MOD also. I have never reached a live person and have called numerous times over the past year.

Just saying this so an already GREAT company can become even greater. Honestly as a customer I would prefer there not be a phone number listed and just be told to email rather than having a phone number which it seems does not get answered on a regular basis.

Keep calling the phone neverstop. I have to call there daily to resolve customer issues when i check the emails. I cant get through myself. That's why we have several options for customer service.

I dont place orders or I would help you myself. I can speak on behalf of John who answers and he is like a chicken with his head cut off in there. Although he is the most polite and courtious guy I ever met. His goal in life is making you happy. Just keep calling and let the phone ring nonstop...lol no pun intended.:run:

you have to call them like its your job to get a hold of them. but when you do get a hold of them they are very helpful.
 
yeah, i love there stuff and they are a great company, i have been using their stuff for YEARS AND YEARS, and i Have ALWAYS had this problem,

as a side note, IN THE END THEY HAVE ALWAYS, ALWAYS, taken care of me when there is a problem

not tryin to talk smak, i just want some igf and some tor and it says to call the warehouse, calling once in the morning and once in the afternoon, switching times everyday, for like two weeks now......

great stuff, just wish i could ever get a hold of them, and they never return my emails either,

love your stuff IBE! just put me through so i can give you my money money money!!!!

John has always taken very good care of me and been more then fair and pleasant despite being TOTALLY SWAMPED with orders on several occasions.

Keep calling, be nice when you talk to whoever answers (esp. John) and you'll will not be unhappy in the long run 99.9% of the time.
 
Well I am not a mod but I will throw in my two cents. First of all I will say taht IBE has always tried very hard to satisfy. John at the warehouse works his butt off to get things done and take care of people. They all seem to be great peeps who have even recently added some more great bros. I am and will continue to be a customer. Having said that ........

IBE to me seems to me to be a company whos demand has well exceeded its infrastructure. In having done many customer surveys I have learned that while customers appreciate extras and sales they most value committment to stated delivery times and ease of doing business. Above even those two the single number one thing valued is without question efficient , timely communication.

As IBE continues to grow I would humbly speculate that growth would be further stimulated by the addition of more customer service. LIke another poster had said my post is not meant to critisize but rather just give my customer perspective.
 
email me a contact number I'll spend the weekend checking emails and make sure i note you on the side to have the warehouse call you. Put in the header "LMR MY CONTACT NUMBER" and I'll know it's you. I can have either the owners call you or john from the warehouse to take your order.

Sounds like I've just been lucky as I've always gotten right through.

For those of you who don't have my magic dialing finger, if we all help promote Matrix and X-force to our clubs and gyms maybe IBE will be able to give John a big fat raise and some staff to boss around.
 
I am in NO way bashing IBE, if i didn't love their stuff and want to support their company, believe i would not be putting this much effort into trying to get through to them, i would just use one of the many competitors

at the same time they have ALWAYS taken care of me in the end, and i can understand their problems,

i am not allowed to email or PM anyone as i am not a paying board supporter right now but i will call on monday morning 8am west coast time and hopefully i will get through to someone.

Never - I just remembered that there is a voice mail at the phone number. I've left messages and had John return them at the end of the day.

If you work like I do and can't make phone calls like that too often - I would recommend leaving them a message after your first call.
If you have time - keep calling.

Thanks for the good words, bruh. Customers are what make the company go.
 
I have to say customer service is great for me. I don't post a lot but I sent a e-mail about a order and I recieved a call. I missed the call and called John back he answered we talked a bit he also solved the problem he's a cool dude in my book.

called and got through but they didn't have the product in stock, supposed to call me back in a week at which point i'll place an order

Really sorry about that.

Please try calling again. I'd try a few times tomorrow (9 to 5 central time).

Also - email LMR (or PM him on our board). I'll get his email if you don't have it already.
 
I have to tell you, IBE answers the phone every time I call! The guy there John - I think? isvery very nice and helpful. I don't think the guy ever goes home, he's always there. LOL Very helpful and nice dude.



I love this company!
 
never got a call back, but i'll try calling again, its just difficult to call since i'm in a different time zone and i work like a slave
