Been working with it and or using it for 7 years- good stuff- we usually use the 50% extract for everything. At lower doses, it is great for focus, but at higher doses it has an effect like a mild benzo- so yes, it is pretty good for anxiety. Start at a gram of the 50%, and work your way upward

2 grams and up of the 50 percent makes me feel like I smoked a bunch of weed- the effects are very dosage-dependant, so you will have to experiment some. I really like the way it smells- kind of like earthy raisins
