sweet a lil over 1/2 way to 2500....this place is gonna be a madhouse once 2400 posts come by. i bet it'll jump from 2450 to 2550 in like 4 minutes

Not bad, nothing too exciting weightwise. But solid tho. I think I went up a hair on a couple things. Ate too much over the weekend, went to the brazillian bbq saturday, and ate at chilis last nite :)
 
So how does someone go about winning something in this contest?

How was your workout?

it was pretty good...not the best ive had but it was a chest day and i applied a good poundin to it
 
haha yea im alrite my grill aint done that to me yet..
 
Workout Progression for 4 week phase

Week 1 - find my rep range but don't over due it
Week 2 - hit rep range and start to push the limits
Week 3 - Find limit to rep range
Week 4 - Go to failure and +reps with spotter is applicable
