I just open up 2 cans of tuna for 7oz and put some mustard and a bit of pepper on top and I'm golden.

Because it isn't fair to the people who are active in this thread for lurkers just waiting to come in, post their one post and win something then leave. If you put in some contributions you win stuff! Wouldn't you be mad if you had been posting for a week, waiting for a prize, then all the sudden someone comes in and gets lucky and you lose? That's how I used to feel on these contests, so I decided to keep it fair!

Tuna, cottage cheese, whey, eggs/egg whites are all pretty cheap.

Believe me, I certainly understand your reasoning for trying to keep the contests fair, but "useless and meaningless" posts just like the ones above and certainly the ones to follow should have no bearing on establishing the legitimacy of a members eligibility. Don't get me wrong I'm all for having fun and what not, but I don't see a point in posting a response just for the sake of posting. It's one thing if they had anything to do with the actual contest or to AN, but that's not the case here. Anyways, I guess this isn't my cup of tea. Later.

Roughly 23-24gr per 4oz... so a pound would be around 92-96gr.

hmm sams club has $2/lb for skinless boneless breasts. so a little cheaper than the tilapia, but I think more fat too (tilapia has about 4g fat in a pound)
 
Before I leave guys, I have a question, tell me when you are ready? It is about what riseboi brought up, want to run it through you guys first!
 
What do you think about raising thebar, to make it even more fair. 50 posts for the whores, or 10 quality posts from the members here that do not like to post whore, but only contribute with good posts. I have some ideas in mind to help that happen. But what do you guys think?
 
it would be nice to see all of the posts at least be relevant to supplements/workouts/nutrition. Instead of someone posting his whole masturbation collection for instance

yes, an informative contest would be ausome, maybe people could post some studies on their fav AN product, or offer advice for training and nutrition!
