EasyE tell me you went to Fuego. i haven't had their rodizio there (although i heard it's excellent), but i did bartend there for about 4 months. their fillet mignon wrapped in bacon is the shiznit

I've been to fuego before, this time was bonzaio boznaio can't recall the exact name, over by international mall. I liked fuego better. Fuego doesn't have the huge salad bar, but has the fried yucca, and their beans + rice as nicer too. Plus boz has the bananas rolled in sugar and lightly fried, and i'd rather have the fried plantains like fuego :) Theres 2 others now in tampa too, have to try em all out eventually. Thank god i'm going on a bulk soon ;)

I at least have the excuse of having gone to force as much meat down my throat at a brazillian bbq as I could manage too
 
at least my wife has finally given me the go-ahead to do whatever I want PH/designer wise after i get her pregnant again. That will make a lean bulk a lot nicer
 
I'll be buying a damn lot of tilapia and sams club chicken breasts, thats for sure. Its a pity tilapia is the least expensive fish. Its sort of the cardboard of fish, has no real taste or texture

I could use another bottle of any of the AN supps really, I just have a 1 month supply between what i've bought and won. The stuff goes fast. Warning to all - taking 3 igf-2s/2g GABA/500mg phenibut/1g tryptophan will put you to sleep for 12 hrs

Never tried tilapia as I have never been a seafood type of guy outside cans among cans of tuna.
 
So we're partying tonight at a friends and i have to be up at 8...my body is going to hate me. I double dosed some creatine today. Been loading up on BCAAs all day. Chicken and pasta all day. A bit of an overload but oh well.
 
Had you tried it, it would only be memorable based on the sauce or seasoning. Literally no flavor. But you can get it for under $2.50/lb Each pound is around 100g/protein. probably tuna in the can is cheaper now that I think about it
 
Last time i went to rodizios me and my friends ate so much that we ended up throwin up right outside the front door. this one kid puked right on someones windsheild. after we got done pukin we laughed our asses off and ran like hell. good times

What is the cheapest protein whether in whole food or other I wonder in grams of protein per dollar? I'm thinking cottage cheese maybe? I had thought tilapia, but i'm not sure about its real density of protein. Anyone know how many g of protein in a lb of chicken breasts?
