this is a big issue Ive read arguments about...i read u wanted to spike your insulin first thing after a WO...with some source of sugar. I recently read in a magazine that you should not have fruit, instead have white break, white rice, gatorade, table sugar, or dextrose. This is why I had the white bread and jelly

Yeah, white bread would be not too shabby.. Except your supposedly "cutting"... That and you're missing out on a ton of fiber, protein, and vitamins from hulled flour.
 
I guess my point is... if you want to eat white bread - eat white bread.... But no one on here is going to be like... YES! WHITE BREAD! ATTA BOY THERE TOM!!! That is PERFECT for your cut...
 
screw it, im going to do what I know works...also cannot wait to start the Furaguno, im thinking about waiting to start it not until mid feb, near valentines day prob, then stopping the 11OXO mid march, then just running the Furaguno solo for a few weeks...and I bumped up the 11OXO to 6 ED, 2 after every meal

Try eating eggs in the morning. They have a complete amino acid profile, and they fill me up much better, and for a longer period than the whey shake. Plus they are cheaper.

Or some peanut butter in the shake... fats keep you full too.

My morning shake lately is the bomb.

2 scoops of Cytogainer
1 scoop ON Ext Milk Choc
1 T. Peanut butter
1 banana
.5 cup water
.5 cup whole milk

Not for you Tom... But good.

Whey is just a bad choice for keeping you full... Stuff in some veggies in GMG's eggs - those take up space, drink more water... bunch of things you can do.

I would LOVE to eat eggs...cant afford them, but when I get a chance, I go to the cafeteria, they have plenty of hard boiled eggs everyday, I usually eat about 6-8 egg whites with 1-2 whole eggs

No doubt. At my store they have buy one/get one free dozens. I would eat eggs all day if possible. Juevos Racheros con queso....oh man
 
just got back from morning FT cardio, 25 min of Interval Stair Climber, wow, between my legs still being swore and my sweater...I was dying. The FURAGUNO came today! but one problem, its expires in april 09...why such a short life?

That expiratiuon date is no biggie there tomcat.
They were just clearing out their older stock.
It'll still be 100% strong for the next 2 years or so. Then they only lose like 10% of their strength a couple of years past that. Don't sweat it. The Fura is good to go!! :fing02:

You got any of that methyl stuff i sent you a year or so back?
 
The reason you got the feraguno so cheap is that they were probably clearing out old stock. Most of these supplements are good a year or even two after they expire... it shouldn't matter though, aren't you taking it in the near future?

BTW, my bad, for some reason I thought you were in NC... VA is cool, I have family on the Patomac river.

Yeah. The PrimaForce Methyl Rage (MDHT). I have over half a bottle still left. I'll break it out on my next run!!!
I love that stuff Aussie. Too bad it's all gone now. I can't find anymore of it anywhere. And believe me, I've looked!!!
 
Im scared of running it now, making good gains, then losing them before summer...will that happen? I know prob not if I keep a good diet, and Ill be working out hard as always, just my physique was nice after my first Hdrol run, then I lost most of the gains, granted I did NO PCT. but that experience has imprinted on me that I will never regain what I had...
My last cycle of Hdrol was more so of a recomp, and I kept all of my gains, now its time to cut, and I wanna keep the gains...get where Im going??

You are going NOWHERE with that attitude. You will gain back what you had plus more if you put your mind to it. Know what you want to look like and aim to build that physique every day. Every meal you eat, picture it in your head, every training session you do, visualise your desired physique. You are the only one who can make it concrete.
 
I read a review on Furaguno...apparently this stuff is supposed to be legit. so with that said, Im thinking about starting it sometime next week
 
this weekend as been CRAZY, my birthday and the superbowl...but I did not drink too much, had 4-5 drinks last night for my birthday, and about 3-4 beers today during the game...didnt eat much at all, having a bowl of oatmeal as i type this. getting back on track tomorrow, fasted cardio in the morning, TKD diet (the best I can), heavy intense hard lifting, and post WO HIIT cardio.
