in my opinion, on any PH cycle you should never cut back on carbs...
Today I felt horrible, I had no motivation, couldnt think, was tired all day, and had weird mood swings. But after my pre-WO carb meal I felt great...the session at the gym today was actually one of my best in awhile. Did shoulders, back, and abs. Felt great throughout the whole thing, but my post-WO HIIT Cardio suffered because I was VERY dehydrated, just had 2 bananas and 50g whey post-WO, going to shower, study, sleep, then 30 min of fasted cardio in the a.m. w/some BCAAs and legs in the afternoon
