DNP: before or after anabolics?

Hello AM,

I was talking to a buddy about DNP and what all it does. I'm going to try and keep this brief, so excuse me if I put things in broscience terms:

Essentially, one of the things that DNP does is deplete glycogen stores in the muscles. My buddy was saying that some people had suggested that DNP would be good right after a cycle (didn't get into details), but I was thinking about it a little bit- what about right before?

You can get really cut up on DNP, but it makes you hold water until you come off of it. But let's just say that you piggybacked a PH with high glycogen storing capabilities and drying effects (such as Super) onto a DNP run. My theory is that you would obviously blow up very quickly just by replenishing your glycogen stores, but also, the added muscle and loss of water weight would lead to you looking even more cut up. For the sake of argument, let's say something like this:

DNP: 200/200/200/200/0/0/0
Super/ 0/0/0/0/20/20/20


Any thoughts?
 
DNP is too scary for my taste - monitoring body temp and taking copious amounts of antioxidants (C+E+Lutein+bilberry) to prevent cataracts (at least) is a bare requirement. DNP also, IIRC is not very anti catabolic - I'd at least run ostarine during the DNP part of the cycle to try to cling to muscle. I would also probably stack peptides (GHRP+GRF29) with it to liberate as much fat as possible, during the cutting part. I would preload the ostarine for 2 weeks, probably.

DNP in PCT would be ****ing retarded - catabolic state + electron chain decoupler = what could go wrong

IIRC his explanation for the PCT thing was that it suppresses T3 to some degree.
 
Maybe, but who cares, PCT is a ****storm of bad things, and you don't want to raise your metabolism during that. It's hard to guarantee where test levels, estro levels, cortisol levels, myostatin and GH/IGF levels are going to be.
 
i dont think with dnp you would pack on extra fat UNLESS it suppressed t3 for a long period of time


plus dude on dnp you can NOT exert yourself like you normally do you have to go lighter

but the day you end the DNP, you have suppressed t3, and although it may only be a matter of a week or two for it to come back, you can gain back a bit of what you lost if you aren't careful
 
I would not use a dangerous compund like dnp with a currently in research chemical like a sarm. you have no idea what side effects could happen.

Do DNP prior to your cycle. It will help lean you out considerably and it is always best to go on cycle as lean as possible so your head is not worried about fat gain as much and can just concentrate on calories consumed and gaining major mass.
