DMA's Never Satisfied Training Log

Was feeling down in the dumps today and had a binge session, 5 cups of cereal + 2 poptarts, hopefully some of this sugar will give me a chance to turn it into massive pumps tomorrow after work instead of just fat lol

First thing I thought when I saw cereal and pop tarts.

I would just write up a Chest and Arms workout right now and prepare

First exercise tomorrow is deadlifts :) it's a back/chest day

BFR also works great for leg extensions.

It's great for forearms.

Foot is aching. No dead lifts, have to settle for low cable rows ugh

My session didn't go quite as planned either. BFR bands for squats don't feel right. So went to go use them on Leg Ext after squats and the machine is under maintenance LOL.

Good Squat sesh without them though.

Back pumps crippled me after some Glute Ham Raises, so my workout was cut short and stairs were out as well.

So weird, ran Epistane for 7 weeks not a single back pump...stops Epistane on Wednesday and back pump cripples me WTF!!

Yeah squat and deadlift back pumps are the worst and it sucks even harder you couldn't do leg extensions with BFR.

Your delts look sick. I did some presses today so I wouldn't aggravate my foot.

Big 'n' lean - check.

Lookin' wide - check.

Mean muggin' - check.

Capped delts - just around the corner.

What a weird weekend. All was good until Sunday night. Maybe a bit of food poisoning from a bad bratwurst or something because it hit me hard and fast. Up most of the night from the couch to the bathroom. Then miraculously woke up feeling good and thought I could go to the gym. Uh uh...bad idea. Back to the couch where I remained worthless until around 3:00pm it passed. But due to the rough night the night before I needed the good sleep and opted out of the gym this morning. But looked really lean and dry

Haha my mom always says there's two things guaranteed to make you lean: diarrhea and vomit

Ok, feeling like myself the last couple days. Sleep is back to normal (which means fair) and workouts have been good. Prami is not for me. I have issue with Dopamine Agonists typically, although Caber didn't F with me. So if anyone wants like 59 out of 60ml of CEM Prami, hit me up.

I will keep prolactin down by keeping E2 low and taking Adex .5mg e3d along with the Mast E

So yesterday's session is long out of my memory for details, but was a solid Shoulder Press focused and Leg Accessory session. Incorporated the Snatch and Carry with OHP into a monster pump combo.

Today was the glorious Arms and Abs!!

Can't find a comparison between normal training and occlusion, how pronounced are the gains in comparison?

Got these ones right here:

I used straps before just above the elbow for forearm isolation work. I was sore AF for 2 days after. It's a very intense training method. I like it.

6 weeks of arm growth since doing them > any other 6 week period of training without

That's all I got

That's it. Gonna try it.
Some questions remain:
Let's say I do one biceps -and one triceps exercise, each exercise 4 sets at 20% max weight, with 30 sec pause between sets, do I keep the straps on all the time until finishing both exercises, -or do I take them off between them? What's the max time I can keep them on (could I do 4 different exercises with straps, 16 sets?)

I have read you should only keep them on 8-10 minutes tops. I probably push that. And yes keep them on entire time through all BFR sets. I usually do a total of 6-8 sets with them on. Today did 8. With some work of the muscle before you put them on to get the blood pumped in there first, then the bands keep it in there.

I have never seen my arms change so fast. And I know it's not just the cycle. I've cycled before, obviously. Definitely giving credit to the bands. Whether it be the bands specifically and the BFR training, or simply just a change and shock to the muscles that triggered some growth.

they are perfect for 21s if you can handle a pump that intense. I wouldn't keep em on any longer that 15 minutes.

When I do BFR for arms I do 2 sets stand cable curls with an ez bar attachment. 2 sets HS seated preacher curls then strap the arms up just below the shoulders and commit jihad on my biceps lwith 21s. Lol

I take the straps off do 2 sets of tricep cable press downs on a bar, 2 sets of seated dumbbell triceps presses then grit my teeth put the straps back on and do 3 sets of overhead cable extensions with the rope. Your arms will feel like someone took a bat to em the next day :D

Lol you need my mad photography skillz?

Mr. Shredded is gonna post up some "Damn, I am lean!" pics for us. WooHoo!

Everything lately is done with fierce pump focused contractions. Trying to really dial in the mind / muscle connection better than ever before. I feel like my weak-points really need this.

My biceps don't grow lol. Pretty sure everything else on me has grown except my biceps. They're denser and thicker and a hell of a lot stronger but still won't grow. At least my calves grow lol

May try bands...

You'll feel it man, **** works!
