I love / hate the sled. Have to really make myself drag it and all the weights out there, but always glad I did. Wish it was bigger and able to hold more weight because I'm only 20lbs. from maxing it out.
 
Horey Shet, sleep has been whack last 3 nights. Well mainly the first few hours in the bed. Just flop and sweat and heart drumming. Kind of a half sleep, not completely awake. Semi-dreaming. Weird.

Got up in the middle of it last night to check BP and it was still in normal range. 133/70 with a pulse of 71

Was like, how is that possible? But guzzled some milk and went back to bed where I slept pretty well after that. Bypassed my alarm for an extra hour of sleep. Got to work early in order to leave early and gym this afternoon.

I know how that goes, happens to me on occasion for a few days at a time. I just didn't get to bed in enough time yesterday and did 12+ hours of manual labor so I was dead tired this morning. Just wasn't any way I was going to make it for an AM workout. I will more than likely just go do something at lunch, or may just make today a recovery day after all the work yesterday. Probably at least go for a walk at lunch though. Looking like a beast in your Avi!
 
Who in here has any experience with liquid Prami? Jesus it's kicking my ass.
.15mg has me flip flopping for hours, dragging ass like a mofo, barely able to train.
I took 3 naps yesterday!! 2 at work before 11am, and 1 on the couch after the gym. Slightly less dragging today, but gym was horrible.

what time of the day are you dosing prami? From what i've seen, right before bed seems to be the best way to control the sides.

Yep, right before bed. Actually talking to someone right now who takes it earlier in the afternoon, so that restlessness has subsided by bedtime. Probably going to give that a shot today.

Speaking of sleep, took a little too much g8 last night and slept in for the first time in I can't remember when. I feel asleep at about 9pm woke up at 12:30 for a bathroom brake and back to sleep right away and didn't wake up till 5:20. Feeling really rested though.

So yeah, slept a little better last night. Took the advice of someone on another forum to take the Prami earlier in the day. First few hours of sleep were still a bit disturbed, but also from acid reflux. Damn chili with a grip of Tapatio hot sauce for dinner.Dragged a bit this morning but ended up having a great pump workout.

Also this makes 6 weeks of doing my Push, Pull, Legs Power/Hyper routine and about all my attention span can handle. Changing it up next week.

I just don't know how anyone can cut with Tren. This stuff makes me so hungry. I mean, when I want to cut I have discipline. I know how to diet right. But Jesus every time I have run it, it's a feeding frenzy. Tren is the best bulking compound I've ever used LOL. It does a fine job of using all the carbs and cals for good use. I am as lean as before, but look like a huge block in the mirror. I'll get some fresh pics up soon.

Desire to do cardio is also dwindling. Just want to smash weights and chase pumps.

It is what it is. A good brand at a good dose can yield good results for what it's worth. Tighten and harden up, gain some strength, some vascularity, even experience the same sides.

But in terms of body composition changes, no there's no comparison.

Barely, if at all. Going to give it a couple more days at .15mg and if no change drop it to .08mg. Which seems like nothing. But props to CEM

I have always been told to start at .1 to avoid the sides and bump up another .1 once my body acclimates and so on until reaching .5 or so a day depending on what is needed.

Was feeling down in the dumps today and had a binge session, 5 cups of cereal + 2 poptarts, hopefully some of this sugar will give me a chance to turn it into massive pumps tomorrow after work instead of just fat lol
