Yeah I switched to mesomorph about a month ago and it's killer. Happy bday bro don't worry I'm only 2 years behind you.

Kleen press looks awesome going to have to try that on shoulder day

Mesomorph and CU are tied for my favorite preworkouts, though I use them for different goals.
 
When I was a stim freak I loved Mesomorph, now I could only use maybe a half scoop. It still have DMAA in it?

Oh man. That's like my dream ha. I don't know anyone that didn't love that stuff. If they brought back the og formula people would go nuts.

Yeah, I was giving 10-20 packets away at a time basically a tub of Jack3d. It ended up taking me a few years to finish what I had left when I stopped repping and doing demos. They told me to keep it rather than paying for me to ship it back. I had that & like 300 10 cap samples of Powerful. I slept really well for 2 years...

Been doing them about a week and can already tell I'm getting better at it. Feel a different kind of core strength forming. I think they will accentuate core muscles nicely when done consistently.

Alright, back to logging in here. Lean run still going but added Epistane this morning. Also going to increase Test dose to 300mg/week (175mg e4d).

Goal for the Epistane cycle will be more of a recomp. As I want to still lose some fat and will diet and train with that intention, I am bringing calories up to 2800 from 2500 (3000-3100 is maint.)

Cycle will go as follows:

Test Cyp 300mg/week
Epistane (Komodo EPIK Shred) 36/36/36/36/48/48/48
Spartan Lean 3/3/4/4 (caps/day)
Evomuse Absolutely Abliderated for localized fat loss
CEL Cycle Assist 8 caps/day for first half, then Sparta Nutrition Spartan Shield for second half (it should be ready by then)
Exemestane 12.5mg e3d
Coreg and Norvasc for additional BP control
Have Cialis tabs on the way that I will take 5mg/day for Cardiovascular health and blood flow
Also have some full-flush Niacin in the mail to help with lipids and BP. Will start with 200mg/day

Will add a Tren blend (Tren Storm 250 [150 E, 50 Ace, 50 Base]) at week 6 of Epistane. Along with 400mg/week Mast E and lower Test to 175/week

Currently at 202lbs. approaching 10%BF, if not already there.

Doing a mix of Split sessions, Single Body Part sessions, and GVT sessions. Mostly volume oriented but enough strength work in to maintain and gain.

Good split sesh this morning. Tried LGI Fully Loaded Amplified Energy for the first time. It's pretty good. Never had a PWO hit me in seconds. Literally 10 seconds after I took it I was tingling and fired up. Was like Holy Shiit I need to hurry up and get my shoes on and go!!!
