Ok session this morning. Fighting off a sore throat and it is leaving me a bit drained. Whole house is passing around this dang cough and cold. But definitely a better workout than yesterday. Just hit a shoulders only session.

This is exactly what I do if I start to feel even slightly off. Overdose zinc and c, eat a bunch of extra food, and sleep as much as I can.

Haven't been even slightly sick for more than 24hrs in like 15 years.

At least managed some good sets of pull ups and bent over rows before I fizzled out. Body is just drained. I am hopeful this is the last day of it. Helping Dad move tomorrow so no gym. Hopefully by Saturday I will be feeling better and able to really kill a session. I need it bad. And I need to be able to give this new PWO some justice. Got a couple tubs of ATP Perform Kinetics.

Wife gave me a bit of a complex yesterday. We were at the Cardinal's stadium doing a little tail-gating with some friends who were going into the game, and she stands beside me and says "geez, your boobs are getting bigger than mine. And your nipples are looking a little MOOB-ISH".

Goodbye DermaTrest. That was nice. But that is not the result I want to hear from my wife. Let's go dry gains. Epi andro here we go. Tr3st will be oral PWO only.

Just wondering why you are dropping DermaTrest, but sticking with the oral form, if you are having estro sides? I thought the oral version aromatized heavier?

They aromatize the same, exact same compound just a different medium. Not really sure how this got started but I've seen it a lot recently. Oral trest half life is shorter but this doesn't mean more estrogen. I believe he is taking the oral trest just as a pwo to take advantage of the quick pick me up but still have a low enough dose where estrogen won't be as much of an issue.

Guys I have been feeling less motivated than ever the past week. Thought it was the illness, but that is better after a weekend of rest. And this morning's workout was sluggish. I have never felt like this before in the gym. I don't even care to be there. No amount of stim is doing anything. And after doing a bit of research I think the Ralox may be to blame. I had been steady dosing the RC at 60mg/day for about a month. Then my tabs landed last week and I continues at 60, reduced to 30 a few days ago as the lumps and sensitivity significantly reduced with a few days on the tabs. So started looking at side effects of Ralox. And lethargy and feelings of illness are possible. So I am going to cut it out for a couple days and see how I feel. I do not like it one bit. If any of you know me, you know I am high energy, high speed and motivated. My workouts have flat out sucked balls and while I'm there I could literally care less.

recently you cut dose of trest righ? did you replace this with test ? I remember you had some prop in your stash
 
You could maybe try going to EOD dosing on the ralox. Not sure what the half life is though

Yeah cut the Trest to oral PWO only (50mg)

Added epi Andro at 700mg

Have not added Test.....

That's your pain Daniel your base is not strong enough you switch stronger AAS for weaker PH

It's funny, I just had this conversation yesterday with somebody. Doesn't explain away the total lack of motivation I'm having right now, but definitely the gains and progress is not what I've become accustomed to.
 
All sh*t aside, i hope you get your mojo back soon bro. I know when i got that rash awhile back it took me out for a solid week. The meds for that were terrible, i could barely make it through the work day and all i wanted to do was sleep. You'll get back up again soon and im sure you'll hit it with a vengeance

Also, just a thought (and something that happens to me almost every year), have you ever had any spells like this before around this time of year? It's actually a fairly common thing for people to get the "winter blues" which can have a range of symptoms from low t to lethargy to depression, etc.

Nearly every year around Jan/feb I can almost count on having a week or two where all my lifts suffer, motivation goes to shat, and general mood is just awful. No clue what the true cause is (probably some combo of stress, lack of outdoors, work, limited sleep, overtraining, vitamin d, etc etc) but it's something I just deal with now.

I appreciate it guys. Didn't happen today. Got up for gym, reset alarm went back to bed, got up, got ready for work, went back to bed with the intent of just being late for work LOL.

To answer your question booneman77 , no I have never felt this way this time of year or anything. That doesn't mean that it's not just hitting me for the first time. It has been a long grinding year and I am probably a bit exhausted. Mentally and physically. Even a bit emotionally. Just sucks to be hitting me mid-cycle when I should be killing it.

Still shaking off the fogginess of sleep as I sit at my desk. Today I'm going to just eat, work a little, go to bed early with the mindset that today it ends. Wake up tomorrow with a bit of restoration.
 
Been grinding here to Daniel. Was going strong till we went on our cruise the first week of December and since then just been out of it. Still hitting it hard but it is a grind each day to get in there.
Want to make this TR3ST/DMZ cycle worth it.

I have a feeling once I hit a stride again I will be fine. As I sit back and think about it, we are warriors man. For most of us we have careers that are demanding, and we still find time to get in there and put our bodies through the wringer. And then us real special people who throw in these chemicals and hormones and whatever to try and get an edge. The mental energy expended on structuring the schedule, the routines, the diet, the sleep, we are a special breed.

All that said, I am dedicating today as my last day of "mental" rest. Although it feels ok to be a bit sluggish, it really doesn't. My real happiness comes from the pump and energy rush I get when I'm right.

Right on man. Seems to be the season of laziness. A partner would insure hitting it hard. Unless of course they were feeling sluggish too!!

Dayum Straight! I got up and crushed it this morning too! Had some gnarly reflux when i woke up but said hell no! I knew I told you it was go time, I need to get my ass up and do the damn thing! Wasn't going to be making excuses why I didn't do the damn thing! This was my first morning workout in a VERY LONG TIME!!!!!!

Yeah man, it certainly is! I'm finally trying to get back in the game myself. Put on WAY too much fat over the last few months by being lazy.
