Sleep > Gains this morning. Woke up and reset the alarm for another 90 minutes. Felt great. Woke feeling refreshed. Much needed, and a sign I am truly getting old. 2 late nights last weekend takes me until Thursday the following week to recover!!!
Worst part about getting older is it takes forever to recover from anything. Late nights or workouts.
Sleep=gains ... Gotta recover to grow!

Libido is up and down. Definitely not like when on Test. Admittedly I am probably cycling again too soon. But it is what it is at this point. Don't think I will cycle again without Test. Hell, I might be just living life with a Test dose here pretty soon.
The mind fuk we experience while on cycle is tough. Stay focused and you'll end up killing this cycle
I had a feeling you'd say that. My libido on trest was similar (comparing it to off cycle though, since I've never taken Test). There is a thread over at professional muscle where the common consensus is Trest + Test is best. I'm interested to see how that goes for you.

Interesting update man. Sorry to hear about the gyno issues. I see what you mean about the libido stuff. I would hate the swings. Got to love the steady blood levels of long esters.
I like the idea of maybe 250mg a week and trest around 50 pre workout.
I honestly hope the gyno issue doesn't proceed you brother. Let's see how it plays out.

I'm using it. I have a couple different RC company's Letro. So by what they say, I'm taking around 2mg/day. But I question this dose being accurate. Unfortunately my source for tabs doesn't carry Letro (Femara). I have found it at another source that I do not have trust with yet, and the price doesn't ease my trust factor.
I have Ralox tabs on the way that have a lot of killer feedback on.
How did you like working out fed compared to fasted man? I typically always have a meal in me before I head to the gym, I can't stand being hungry or feeling weak when I walk in.
Im not a cycle kinda guy but do know a bit about it.. And do know a lot doing it hehehe.. But it seems that your letro aint legit??? Surely it sshould work at that dose?
Felt good. Perfect light amount of food really. One packet of instant grits and a banana.

Just got my Xmas bonus so will be ordering some Exemestane tabs today.
Yep I like to have 4 eggs and 1 cup oatmeal (measured dry and uncooked) about an hour before my morning workouts. If it's afternoon evening I try to get a second meal in before going.
I wish i could eat that many oats an hour before a workout. I would still be full and bloated. Oats are perfect diet food for me because I eat them and feel full for a couple hours.
Yeah they fill me up quick but by the time I get to the gym I'm usually at a perfect point of digestion where I'm not stuffed anymore but not hungry yet. Then by the time I'm done lifting I'm more than ready to put down 2-3 cups (dry) of white rice and protein source of choice. Also drink a Gatorade on my way out of the gym, but that will be replaced soon by ProSupps Karbolic, in the mail right now.
You eat 300g carbs post workout?
Finally got in to do some Deadlifts with my son. Man wish someone were there to teach me when I started. But he's a natural for good form. Only downside to training with him is we talk so damn much LOL. It was a good day though. I'll check on him here in a bit to see how he's feeling.

I gotcha. Personally I'd just save the stuff for the next time I don't mind having some water retention, but I'm sure you have your reasons!
