I need some more music. Anyone I should look into. I like metal (protest the hero) - rock (foo fighters, rise against) and EDM jams are good.

I am definitely a better cook than my wife. I do the grocery shopping and 90% of the cooking. But with this lifestyle it is best that way. Her and kids do clean-up, so it's an even trade for me. Plus she works 4 nights a week so I'm forced to cook most nights.

Nice Leg sesh this morning. Again debated going back to bed, but willed through it.

Woke at 219 this morning. Yesterday was 222. So we are definitely holding onto about 6-8 lbs. increase so far.

Nipples feel better this morning. About 6 days on the Ralox.

Sleep > Gains this morning. Woke up and reset the alarm for another 90 minutes. Felt great. Woke feeling refreshed. Much needed, and a sign I am truly getting old. 2 late nights last weekend takes me until Thursday the following week to recover!!!

Worst part about getting older is it takes forever to recover from anything. Late nights or workouts.
 
A little cycle update.

So I was mistaken on how much RAD I had going into this. I thought it was enough to run 4 weeks at 8mg/day. But it is actually only 22 days worth. Which takes me to next Tuesday.

At which time I will be starting DMZ at 30mg. Set on the DMZ. Feel the Halo will serve better stacked with Epistane later on.

So next Tuesday will add the DMZ, at that time there will be 3 weeks left of MASS GH (LGD 8mg, MK 20mg). Once the MASS GH is gone I will bump the DMZ to 45. Trest will stay at 125 (50 TD, 75 oral). But I will drop the MK dose back to 10mg with a single cap of Ghar1ne.

I am up 6lbs. in 18 days. I'm not so sure I like how bloated I feel in the evenings with 20mg of MK and 125 of Trest. Diet is steady. Averaging about 300g carbs/day with 3500 cals.

Nipples are sensitive still at night mostly. Wake up they feel good, then as the day goes and water starts to hold, the become a bit puffy and tender.

Libido is up and down. Definitely not like when on Test. Admittedly I am probably cycling again too soon. But it is what it is at this point. Don't think I will cycle again without Test. Hell, I might be just living life with a Test dose here pretty soon.

Strength is definitely up. And I am liking the changes that I'm seeing on what I would consider low doses of these 2 SARMS. Credit given mostly to the Trest. I would like to be drier. But I feel pretty good, so fuk it. Gaining vascularity despite the water.

When I start the DMZ and drop the Ghar1ne to 10, I will probably drop calories a bit too. 3500 is far above maintenance anymore. Depending on what calculator I use I average around 2900. So if I drop to 3100-3200 with a bit of adjusted macros, I think I will harden up. Just a mind-F. It's Winter I should relax. But I don't want to have to cut so hard come April.

I plan on actually doing a real cut for the first time in a couple years. It's time to see what I've built.

I had a feeling you'd say that. My libido on trest was similar (comparing it to off cycle though, since I've never taken Test). There is a thread over at professional muscle where the common consensus is Trest + Test is best. I'm interested to see how that goes for you.

As far as combining test + Trest I think I might keep the Trest as just a PWO addition. With my wonderful new gyno prone condition, I wouldn't run full doses of both.

Interesting update man. Sorry to hear about the gyno issues. I see what you mean about the libido stuff. I would hate the swings. Got to love the steady blood levels of long esters.
I like the idea of maybe 250mg a week and trest around 50 pre workout.

Also, have you tried low dosing dostinex with your letro and ralox.

I have seen that as
Gyno rebound protocol when coming of a cycle with heavy tren and test.

Just a Thought!
 
Thinking about something my boy BamBam0319 said in his log yesterday had me consider something new. I have been training early morning fasted for quite some time. Empty stomach stim/supp bomb, relying on carbs from the night before to have a lasting effect on my morning workout. Which I think they do, but this morning wanted to add some carbs PWO.

I'm using it. I have a couple different RC company's Letro. So by what they say, I'm taking around 2mg/day. But I question this dose being accurate. Unfortunately my source for tabs doesn't carry Letro (Femara). I have found it at another source that I do not have trust with yet, and the price doesn't ease my trust factor.

I have Ralox tabs on the way that have a lot of killer feedback on.
 
How did you like working out fed compared to fasted man? I typically always have a meal in me before I head to the gym, I can't stand being hungry or feeling weak when I walk in.

Im not a cycle kinda guy but do know a bit about it.. And do know a lot doing it hehehe.. But it seems that your letro aint legit??? Surely it sshould work at that dose?

Just got my Xmas bonus so will be ordering some Exemestane tabs today.

I wish i could eat that many oats an hour before a workout. I would still be full and bloated. Oats are perfect diet food for me because I eat them and feel full for a couple hours.

Yeah they fill me up quick but by the time I get to the gym I'm usually at a perfect point of digestion where I'm not stuffed anymore but not hungry yet. Then by the time I'm done lifting I'm more than ready to put down 2-3 cups (dry) of white rice and protein source of choice. Also drink a Gatorade on my way out of the gym, but that will be replaced soon by ProSupps Karbolic, in the mail right now.

You eat 300g carbs post workout?

Sorry meant to say 1 cup dry white rice which when cooked provides 3 cups of rice. I eat all of that which is about 160g carbs. Along with my Gatorade which is 34g carbs it rounds out to about 200g
 
Finally got in to do some Deadlifts with my son. Man wish someone were there to teach me when I started. But he's a natural for good form. Only downside to training with him is we talk so damn much LOL. It was a good day though. I'll check on him here in a bit to see how he's feeling.

Looking to dry up a bit. Combined with the Trest I can't take it.

I gotcha. Personally I'd just save the stuff for the next time I don't mind having some water retention, but I'm sure you have your reasons!
 
Ill be doing tricep dips in a zimmer frame by the time my son is old enough to deadlift

Actually I look forward to trying to rub dtrest into my wrinkly old man skin
