This album right here actually wells me up. Just draws emotions out I can't explain. About 5 different tracks on here get a lump in my throat hardcore.

Yeah man. I'm connected to a good amount of albums/songs that are tied to parts of my life and bring out the feels for various reasons.

Some anger, some sadness, some nostalgia, some regret, love, and some reasons I don't even know.
 
Surprising not to everyone. My wife for instance thinks I'm silly when a song brings tears to my eyes or chills to my arms.

Music is a great emotional outlet, I have a similar connection with my tunes.

Yesterday's session has me some killer Tricep and chest DOMS. And the ab wheel from 2 days ago has them in my abs big time. Just the killer focus yesterday did a good job.

Man long ass weekend. Lots of food and drink. 2 Xmas parties. Literally stood in the hallway this morning debating gym or 90 more minutes of sleep. The gym won.

Body composition is really starting to take effect. Whole shape is changing. Just getting that cycle taper and tightening look. Been taking 60mg/day of the Ralox, and 1.25mg eod of Letro. Seems to be a good protocol. Nips are still a bit sensitive but better.

Decent Session this morning. Did wear down a little soon, but definitely just due to lack of rest over the weekend.

I need some more music. Anyone I should look into. I like metal (protest the hero) - rock (foo fighters, rise against) and EDM jams are good.

The other fellas can probably help you better with the metal and rock, I listen to the typical Metallica, 5FDP, Disturbed, Godsmack, probably some others I'm forgetting.
As for EDM, highly recommend looking into Griz, Floozies, Pretty Lights. I also listen to a little bit of Knife Party, Skrillex, Dillon Francis, and then a bunch of people I only like one or two songs from.

And so easy. Sear for 2 minutes each side in olive oil with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Put in a glass baking dish, douse with BBQ sauce of choice, bake at 375 for about 15-20 min

Yep. Crock pot and rice cooker are two of the greatest inventions known to man for bulking and food prep. Now if only they would wash themselves...
