I like the set up. The intra shake won't cause any spikes but more so keep your body anabolic. Maybe switch out the oats for grits, cream of wheat or white rice. Other than that looks good

Made a change to my peri-workout supplementation today. I have seen you Kleen talk about drinking the Hydro Whey during workout as opposed to BCAA's. Also reading an article here on our lovely AM about it as well yesterday had me thinking about it.
So here is my set-up:
Workout pretty much fasted in the early am, but would have had a snack before bed. Approximately 8 hours pre-gym. Have my usual stim-concoction with Vital1ty (creatine/betaine) PWO.
Drink Hydrolized Whey Intra
Drink BCAA's (8g) immediately Post WO
Have approx 40g Carbs (rolled oats) 30-45 minutes Post WO
High Protein and Fat, moderate Carb breakfast 3 hours Post WO
Does this seem like the best set-up for MPS? Insulin, etc.?
Is it because they are faster acting carbs? Or just better in general for some purpose?

So, they may not be the best carbs, but in the name of just getting some quick carbs (and adding flavor) I shot a bit of maple syrup in my hydro whey to use intra. As well as an additional shot in my Conqu3r pwo. Threw in a couple caps of Hydro3 to the mix and the pump this morning was fantastic. Speed work is definitely a new sensation. I like it.

Well that stomach bug from yesterday is coming out in the worst way this morning. Sorry for the graphics, but I feel that it definitely hindered my endurance a bit as I felt depleted.

Probably a little of both!As I said, took this morning off to sleep later before work. And not sure if it was just being tired from 2 nights of crappy sleep or the increased MK dosage, but last night was an 8 hour coma with 1 long dream. Woke very refreshed. Already wish it was tomorrow morning to kill the weights.

When do you take it?? I took mine prework out and absolutley killed it!
When I was doing 20mg it was combined in a capsule at 10mg each with 75 mg epiandrosterone. I would take 1 cap preworkout and the second cap 5-6 hours later. Looking back I should've taken it all preworkout. I didn't know epiandrosterone (and the other andros for that matter) are more effective when you spike the concentration in your blood by dosing all at once.
What do you like about taking MK pre workout?
i did 30 mg pwo. Stacked with a product called Adamatine i work wonders ! I mean i could lift more...

Yep, I felt like I was starting all over again when bumped from 10 to 20.The lethargy did hit me a bit this afternoon. It did at first at 10 as well but like you said, went away after a week or so. Expect this to do the same. It's almost as if starting over. The hunger hit me today too just like the first few weeks at 10. And the water retention. Changed out of my work clothes just now and was like, uuuggh. All these things went away after a few weeks before.

Applying the Dermatrest pwo is a mental hurdle for me. I mean, I totally understand Yates reasoning for doing so, but the broscience "but it will get sweat out!!?!1!" is strong in me ugh
