DMA's Never Satisfied Training Log

Indeed. I am trying to cope with it. But this is turning out to be the base I've built. The up and down of cycling is real. So let's see what I can do in the next 4-5 months of down time. Recomp diet for a while and see how I feel after pct. I have a feeling I'm heading toward a bigger 195 than I was before. Also aware that I am more interested in the gym experience on gear than anything else. I'm ok with dropping weight, it's the missing ON-ness that I miss the most.

All you have to do to feel better is pull up one of those pics from a couple yrs ago. It's like two different people. You've come a long way man. It's just the perspective that's changed ha

This couldn't be more true. I'm still over 200 lbs and bigger than most dudes. But just in comparison I feel small.

My new recomp goal is to see how lean I can get while eating slightly above maintenance, minimal cardio, with eating cleaner than I ever have.

About 2 weeks ago I started eating hardly any processed, prepared food other than stuff I made myself and raw fruits/veg. Higher protein, lower fat, and moderate carbs.

And this why the adage exists: "the day you start lifting is the day you become forever small". Truer words never spoken

Looking great! What a difference between now and that old picture you posted a while back! Progress is remarkable! Lol. You're wife looks great as well!

Looking sharp! I imagine with the cleanse a little has dropped off but will rebound a couple lbs also. You are looking great man! Keep up the great work!

Thanks guys!!

The feeling great trumps all as well. Man yoga just wakes up the body and mind. I'm getting better at it too. What a different kind of strength it creates!!

Aaaww yes!!! A good football Sunday. Vikings win, Cardinals win, and 1 of 2 Fantasy teams wins. Good weekend. Ate 5100+ cals on Saturday, and back to 3000 yesterday and woke up looking great. Actually firmer and as full than at the end of my cycle. And strength felt on par with it as well. I feel the yoga benefiting my body. My posture, my core, overall composition, and mind.

If I try to put my finger on what's doing what, it is this:

I feel like I'm recovering. Lowered dose of Clomid to 25 a few days ago, and feel it's all I need. Without being too descriptive, had an outstanding time with my wife last night :sgrin:

I feel like the HMB is starting to have a positive effect on my body and lifts. Plan on running this for a while. Will be a nice combo with the upcoming Ghar1ne and X Gels.

I'm starting to believe in the quality of a couple products I'm using as staples.

Good to hear recovery is going well mate. If you can then I sure can!! Do love me some of that clomid lol.

Still meaning to read into this HMB business. Something to fill the time at work tmrw.

Haven't done high pulls for ages, good reminder to add them back in. They used to kill my elbows but since I resolved all that I haven't thought to do them again. Traps are the new abs lol.

Band is sick man. Haven't heard of before. Vocals are a bit rough but will def be checking out more.

Guy at the gym put me onto Aussie tech deathcore band called Thy Art Is Murder. Check out see what you think...i thought they sucked but maybe it's just me lol.

Saw Thy Art is Murder live with Origin and Dying Fetus last year. Not bad live, but I can't give much time to Deathcore on my own.

Traps are definitely the new abs!!! LOL

I don't like much Black Metal, unless it's got a thrashy death base like that Angelcorpse.

Pretty solid session this morning.

Some great work going on in here Daniel!

Damn homie, sure you aren't still on cycle?

Feeling pretty great overall. Rest, gains, health, energy, strength, mood...just feeling good on the daily.

Been hitting my calorie goal pretty consistently 5 or 6 days a week. Usually blasting way over once on the weekends. My goal is to land at 200 at around the time I start the Ghar1ne and X Gels, and then start slowly adding some carbs in. Not that I'm low carb now, typically hit 200-275 a day, but will try and hit over 300-350 to make some gains.

Upped Cardar1ne to 21mg yesterday. 14 PWO, 7 at night

Hit an relatively low intensity Legs Hyper sesh this morning. A good pump more than anything, but the only sweat I broke was while stretching after the weights.

245 x 30

10 minutes stretching (back, hams, calves focused)

10 minutes Speed Bag working on techniques. Trying to incorporate elbows into it.

People actually train calves? Jk :D

I freaking hate lying leg curls! Great session! ?

I'm not the biggest fan of them. But my hammies are lacking!! Need to hit them from a few angles.

Me, too. I feel like I overwork my quads but not my hams.

About to start up Ghar1ne and X-gels tomorrow myself and been hitting 21mg of Cardar1ne. Just haven't been logging since starting 12 hour days at work. Last day of PCT for me.

Well we'll ride it together!! Should be fun. Feel free to throw results in here man.

Get yourself a sled and do some heavy 30-50 yard pulls regularly and your hammies will get SICK!

My gym actually has one, but I abandoned it through the Summer. Not fun when it's 105 degrees at 5:00 in the morning.

I ordered some straps back when I was using it, but still sucks when attached to the weight belt. Might take my backpack and use it as a harness. Now that it's cooling down here. But pushing it kicks ass too!!!

Went super hypo before lunch today. Very shaky and dizzy with clammy sweats. Lasted about 15 minutes and made talking in the meeting I was in very difficult. Fortunately I was able to hit lunch right after the short meeting. If it becomes the norm, I will go back to 14mg Cardar1ne.

This is basically how I felt most of the day on cardarine. Woof. brutal.

I have been running it at 21mg the last week and haven't had any problems. Diet has been low carb while on it.

Welp...F-ed my back this morning. Not the lower back, the middle. Feels like a few vertebrate pulled apart or something. Doing BB Shrugs with a little bounce, and then like a slip, or a pop.....and, done.

Started the session with Snatch Grip Deadlifts without straps. First time I've ever done them Snatch Grip. Definitely makes you grip and form focused.

So hopefully the back is just a 1 day thing and I wake up all healed up tomorrow. It's not painful or anything, but I feel it.

Nice workout! Also IMO take an anti inflammatory to prevent inflammation. I believed I messed up a part of my neck with front squats and didn't feel it till the middle of the night.

Take care of that back! I tweeked my lower back a little the other day but only really feel it in the morning then it loosens back up.

Roll it out! I have popped my ribs out of socket mid back. Now any time I tweak my back at all I roll it and I can feel them being pushed back into place a little.
Hopefully that isn't what happend but rolling will help with any knots, and tomorrow mornings yoga should help a bit.

Oh yes can't wait for the yoga. Although woke up this morning and back was fine. Felt it all the way up to go in to bed, but healed up over night.

Yoga = Weekly mind and body "Reset Button"

I find myself still getting better at it. Flexibility comes secondary to balance and focus. I find myself able to have strength in balance and strength in focus. It's in interesting feeling of strength. As I've said before, yoga is barely about stretching. The looks of the poses give people the idea that it's all about stretching. It's so much about strength in the ability to hold the poses no matter how far you can stretch. The muscles twitch and I sweat like a beast.

booneman77 Yeah buddY!!!!!! That Cannibal Ferox is exactly what I needed. Only took about 3/4 of a scoop just to check it out, break myself back in. I know I'm in the groove when the head can't stop nodding and the hands can't stop drumming between sets.

Also started the ArA this morning. I'll probably keep it at 1 gram for the entire 2 bottles. It's Molecular Nutrition's X-Factor, not SNS X Gels. Actually tested the cardio a bit this morning. Been a while since I've hit the treadmill for anything more than inclined walking. Did 23 minutes of moderately intense intervals. Could have gone much longer, so endurance is still good.

Weight has been in the 201-203 range. Creeps down by Friday, then up over the resting weekend. By my current trend I'll probably hit 199-200 this Friday. Strength is still good on Pulling moves. Just the Chest and Shoulders Pushing has taken a dive.

Current supps and pct layout is:
Clomid 25mg/day
Exemestane 25mg/eod
C-HMB 3g/day
GW 14mg/day
ArA 1g/workout days

Gald it works for you! Its just been sitting on my shelf and as of today I wanted to take a stim break anyways so use it up ha

I love your PCT bro. Giving me a lot of ideas

Definitely the best pct I've ever ran. About 10 days of feeling a little down (possibly mental), and about a week of super emotional sensitivity (2nd week once Clomid kicked in) is all I've had to deal with. Once I lowered the Clomid I felt better and sign of recovery were happening.
