I feel fine. Libido is down, but not out. A bit less pump in the gym. But body comp is holding steady.

Mine died on cycle and hasn't bounced back in PCT, not sure I can blame the Rad outright considering I stacked it. I also noticed an effect similar to what you experienced, a drying out seems to have occurred after stopping the Rad. I didn't even think I was bloated or holding any water, but I guess I was.

Are you using Nolva? I am 90% sure Nolva has a negative effect on my libido and I've seen a couple others say the same.

How's that GW? Also when are you adding Ghar1ne again and how are you feeling mood and motivation wise since starting PCT?

I don't use Clomid because I cannot afford to suffer the emotional side effects with my job. That's really one of the primary reasons.

Nice! How is it treating you? I can't see any visible changes since starting both, but I didn't see any visible shrinkage while on cycle. And without blood work, I can't say for sure what's going on internally!

That was something I was wary of based on my reading but I have to say I didn't really notice anything at all, I was quite a happy and cheerful little camper really considering what a grumpy f*ck I usually am. Resting murder face. Did it hit you badly?

That is interesting it didn't affect you negatively at all. I have no personally used it, I avoided it due to its reputation for emotional side effects. For some guys it sounds really bad. I went with Toremifene because it looks superior as far as HPTA restart time and lower side effect profile.

No not really. It definitely worked better than Nolva alone. I think Clomid gave me pretty bad headaches the first couple of weeks, but that's really about it as far as side effects.

I've used both for my last couple as well... I've always felt I responded faster to nolva, but clomid has better longer term impact. Clomid alone was ok, but I did get a bit "lovey". No crying or anyhting like I hear some people talk about (frankly, i think this is ridiculous and people are just being idiots - same thoughts i have on supposed "roid rage" - be mindful and control yourself) but I just noticed that most emotions just felt "stronger"... normally I'm pretty stoic so even a little emotion was different for me. Not really a bad thing though. The gf sure enjoyed it ha. Lots of flowers were bought during those days

Upped the GW to 14mg this morning. Hopefully it will kick harder at that dose. I need it right now. Energy throughout the day is fine, but the gym is lack-luster. Just not fuuking beast. But I'm hoping to assimilate soon. Mood is very melancholy. Perhaps a touch of Clomid emotions, but just meh.

I definitely wanted to be able to say this about the emotions as well. But I feel it is happening a bit. Control and logical thinking dictate outcomes. But looking back at yesterday, I may have been a little overly sensitive on a couple things I was talking about with my wife. Boo-F-ing-hoo!!

Alright, today was a feel-good workout. Felt better under Back Squats and Deadlifts than I have in a while. More control with pretty much zero pain or discomfort. So it was a Power Legs session, but we'll call it Moderate easing back into these 2 moves.

Woke at 210 lbs. Haven't seen that in a minute. Happy with the mirror though.

None. Was trying to explain that to my son when I had to keep shaking my arms out.
I have to deal with this all the time.. Lol "I thought you worked out for a reason" nothing is worse than having to hold things above your head for any length of time.

Yes working with arms overhead is the equivalent of doing BFR workout on your shoulders and triceps. The blood flow gets restricted by the shoulders and of course gravity. This is why even light things start feeling ridiculously heavy and you have to shake out your arms to get the blood back into them regularly.


What hand positioning do you use for cable kick backs?

Neutral or Hammer with no handle. Just grab the little ball on the end of the cable.

I like the palms up grip the best for these. Far more challenging and the idea with kick backs is to put the muscle in the least efficient position possible to make the muscle work harder. Palm up is the grip that really exploits that. Also never be the guy who swings his kick backs. Stop them perfectly perpendicular to the ground then go back up. No swinging for momentum on this move. Not a power move at all.

They both have anti gyno properties. However they are supposed to have slightly different MOA which is why they are thought to be synergistic. However Clomid emotions are typically the reason some people avoid it. I get very aggitated and aggressive on it and can also get to where I get frustrated and want to cry if I go to high on it.

The reason the clomid situation is hit or miss is that apparently some peoples bodies break it down differently and increase other hormones. I forgot the science of it but it is basically the same as some of us being naturally gyno sensitive and some not due to physiological differences.

As your logs also double as the metal thread lol anybody listened to the new Maiden album? I checked it out more out of nostalgia but it's really good if they're your thing. Guys have still got it. I can see myself blasting this in my car this summer lol.

Damn it man, strength is down. I feel strong. But the numbers are just not holding up. I hate falling into the excuse or reliance on the anabolics to be strong. It is what it is. I don't want to train strictly for strength in order to maintain it. I love my Hypertrophy sessions too much.

But on a positive note...feeling better. Libido is creeping back up. How do I know? Put a couple cute chicks in workout shorts in the gym, and that's how I know. Just sayin'.

I am really drying out too. Looking good. Seeing that base that's been built. Vascularity is actually increased. Doing this 24-day Cleanse also has me "emptying" things out!!!

Woke up this morning at 205.6, and after the gym 204.5. A lot is GI weight flushing with this cleanse. Also water and fat. I'm very happy with my body composition right now. I'm not concerned with the scale although I watch it every couple days. I have a feeling I'm going to be a large 200 soon. Starting to see a little "graininess" in the obliques.

Some great work there. I really need to get to a driving range and get a couple lessons. I took a few with my Dad several years ago and after about 3 lessons I was doing decently. I even broke 100 on my 4rth time on the course. Now I am pretty sure everything I touched would get whiffed.
