Not going to bitch too much about things. It is what it is. Man the F up and get that gym regardless of how much it doesn't feel as good. Physically the workouts are fine. I'm killing sets and reps and weight as targeted. It's just something missing mentally and intensity wise. There's no doubt they are still effective. But this was expected coming off of a 6 month monster!!
