Am really surprised at the vascularity increase since coming off cycle. Obviously has to do with the diet and leaning up a bit. But legs have more veins popping than ever before. Even in areas that I've never seen them, like hips!!!

I've been sleeping really good with no need for aids. Should only be greater when I start the Ghar1ne in a couple weeks. Ghar1ne and X Gels WOOT WOOT!!!

How did the rest of that rowing feel after the biceps in the middle. Must have made them challenging.

Actually I strategically placed the reverse flys and stiff arms between the next rowing movement, just to allow them to recover. Worked out. At least for seated cable rows with lighter weight I'm able to really focus on the back pulling it anyways than using the arms.

Yeah I noticed the break in between with the straight arm movements, and thought okay there is a nice break there. Was just curious if it was a mid session pre-exhaust kind of thing to place more stress on the lats on all the pulling movements following.

Now that wasn't intentional, but perhaps beneficial that way!!

Happy with the strength and control on the Front Squats. Saved the stress on the back and hams with the moderate SLDL because I think I'll do heavy Deads to start off my next Leg Hyper day.

Need to grab a heavier stim PWO. Think I'll try some Stimul8. Scivation Psycho sucks balls. Have some Conqu3r, but save that for better pump sessions.

If you want high stim, cannibal ferox or stimul8 are my go-to's... pretty much the only thing that kept me flying deep in my cut last year.
 
Another high stim option is Hyde I can't decide between that and stimul8 as to which is stronger... They're both up there
 
I'll have to check out that Cannibal Ferox. I've seen it around quite a bit.

I have a tub of the OG if you want it for a decent price... I'm desperately trying to stay away from the ridic stim amounts ha. One srv has like 400mg caffeine on top of everything else
 
Find some old school Mesomorph that stuff was ridiculous!

I think Nutraplanet has some original Mesomorph, I think I'm about to pick some up. I liked the original 1MR too, for some reason it worked really well for me.
 
Some of the stuff you guys take would have me so over-stimmed I would puke in the middle of my workout.
 
Yup. Finaflex Stimul8 is working wonders for me as well and no jitters or stomach issues. I have had some problems with others causing nausea. Stimul8 has giving me absolutely no issues.
 
AppNut had one called Lit Up for a little bit. That stuff had me flying. I also loved the original Jack3d from USP, that stuff was like crack.

Have you tried the copycat version of jack3d (think it's called jacked up?)
 
Does it have DMAA? I haven't tried it yet, but I have some original Mesomorph on the way.

They make a new version called old jack and it has dmaa in it.

Kind of plodding along, forced to focus on every rep. Whereas when I'm flying high, the weight just kind of flies around by itself while my head is in Cloud 9.

Been 2 weeks since yoga, can't wait for tomorrow morning!!!

How yoga going? I think I've been telling myself for to months that I would try it lol. Also I don't remember you weight before hand but how much have you kept in your pct?
 
Man, you can really see the difference between the fullness from on and off cycle. Looking incredibly lean dan! It wasn't real evident on cycle but you can really tell how much bloat was truly there now.

Indeed. I am trying to cope with it. But this is turning out to be the base I've built. The up and down of cycling is real. So let's see what I can do in the next 4-5 months of down time. Recomp diet for a while and see how I feel after pct. I have a feeling I'm heading toward a bigger 195 than I was before. Also aware that I am more interested in the gym experience on gear than anything else. I'm ok with dropping weight, it's the missing ON-ness that I miss the most.
