DMA's Never Satisfied Training Log

Being into eastern culture I love tai chi , also a great addition or substitute depending on your schedule or interests !

Anything to focus on breathing and a sense of meditation is so beneficial. Our world, our society, and my own personality is so frantic, it's a wonderful contrast. Here I am like 3 sessions in and I'm all enlightened and shiit!!!

Related note, I am doing a Sensory Deprivation chamber float in a couple weeks with a friend. CAN NOT WAIT FOR THIS!!
If you don't know anything about them, do a quick read.

I 2nd this! As much as I want to grow, I want to be flexible too.

I was so flexible a year and two ago from playing hockey goalie but since I've moved to atl where there's not even a whisper of hockey I've been totally focused on growth and man has it killed my flexibility.

That said, flexibility can be very dangerous on heavy lifts as it tends to allow your body to do some things it shouldn't regardless of how tight you try to keep your form.

I've been told that sensory deprivation chambers are all different , each chamber gives a different experience . Your sense of time is going to be completely lost . I'm sure it will be a life changing experience !!

I can see bad things happening with being too flexible and heavy lifting, I guess there needs to be balance between both.

I posted that right as you posted the video! lol it sounds awesome. I want to try it out but the one around me doesn't have a website or prices online.

That is awesome! I'd love to try that sometime, I've heard about it for years. Just take a little DMT before getting in, and hold on for the ride.

Ahaha, that's the kind of thing where you might never be the same person again lol.

In a sense, there are parts of me that could use to be changed. I'm very anxious and high strung. I always considered it beneficial, kept me alert, quick on my feet, ready to fight or defend myself. But as I get older I realize it's hard on my body and mind. I seek little more peace.

Also I look for the spiritual experience. I'm not religious, but I believe there is a spirituality of the self. A connectivity of the mind to the universe. I've had some pretty insane experiences with hullicinogins where I came back different each time. I don't see pink bunnies and dragons. I see the answer to EVERYTHING.

I have high anxiety myself, though I've never found it to be beneficial to any aspects of my own life. I could use more peace. I have various books on meditation, to calm the mind and whatnot. But never seem to have the time to read them fully, or put them into practice. But that sounds cool man, I hope you find it to be a worthwhile and meaningful experience! I've seen that they sell there tanks online as well now, which is kind of cool.

That's one reason I'm not upset over my Tbol run being over.. I can do more than 2 sets of bent over rows before back pumps start killing me!

It's strange, I wouldn't call it Back Pumps, but the RAD had my back tight. Couldn't deadlift or back squat. Already feels loosened up. Got some SLDL's lined up for tomorrow, we shall see.

Eased back into some SLDL's this morning, and all felt pretty good. Maybe a good Conventional Deadlift session is on tap now. Nothing was super heavy, but considered this a Power Legs day. Wasn't overly intense, yet the sweat was rolling like crazy.

Front Squats:
135 x 8
185 x 6
225 x 5
225 x 5
225 x 4

SLDL:
135 x 8
225 x 6
225 x 6
225 x 6

Leg Extensions:
115 x 10
145 x 10
175 x 10

220 x 8

Plate Loaded Calf Press:
90 x 15
135 x 12
160 x 8
170 x 7
170 x 7

5 minutes Incline Walk

Meh, nothing to celebrate, but it felt pretty good.

Every step closer to deadlifts should be celebrated ha

Well I've been prolonging it as long as I can, but it all seems to be just to stay on. Cyp is out of the system by several weeks, and have been off the RAD for a week now. Tonight will be my last pin and I'll start pct in a few days since it's Prop. Might just make it 200mg.

....sigh

I feel ya, man. I'm in PCT on Torem/Sup3r PCT, I'm hoping my gainz don't go down the drain. Waiting for my Ghar1ne and Ep1c to arrive, I had hoped it would be here in time for the start of my PCT.

I'm actually less worried about losing gains than I am about just not being ON anymore. I'm being a pu ssy.

I'll throw together an official stats post once pct starts on Friday to keep track of things.

I suppose that's a whole different beast entirely. I've never been legit 'on'. But hopefully it doesn't negatively affect you going off, man. I can understand apprehension.

Last shot of Test Prop last night went down. nbshazeezee I'm glad you were there to take part LOL. You're welcome.

Although I did not feel very strong this morning, I pushed myself and it was a great workout. But strength seems a bit down. I guess this happens when you alternate with Hypertrophy days, and I also did a couple weeks of weak point focused workouts. I am finding in focusing on my upper chest, incline bench is damn near as strong as flat as of today's workout.

Lots of great work going on in here. I keep meaning to get a yoga mat. I downloaded the DDP Yoga DVD's a while back and have been meaning to give it a shot.

Trust me when I say, you'll be hooked.

I have no doubt, I love things that help with flexibility and the mind / muscle control from Yoga is supposed to be unreal too.

I'm definitely more in love with the body/mind connection aspect of it. The flexibility is just a nice bonus on top. The class we have been doing definitely sets the mood, dim lights, peaceful music, etc. Just an awesome contrast to my non-stop Death Metal mind!!

Yeah I did real Pilates for a while, not the Pilates with the machine but just you and your body. It was pretty awesome and relaxing. We had the nice music, and dim lighting in that class too. It was at the gym at my old job. I miss having that available for free.

Dma what's the pct protocol gonna look like ? Ps that's hella chicken

PCT looks like this:

Clomid 50/50/25/25/25 eod/25eod (6 weeks)
Aromasin 25 eod/25 eod/ 25 eod/ 12.5 eod/ 12.5 eod (that's all I got, 5 weeks worth)

HMB 2g/day (muscle sparing and strength)
GW 7/7/14/14/14/14 (endurance, motivation, and insulin sensitivity)

Plan on running both of those ^^^ for extended periods past PCT.

Starting in a few weeks I'll be adding Ghar1ne at 10mg at least throughout first portion of next cycle, which will kick off with MASS GH. When I start the Ghar1ne I'm also going to run 8 weeks of X Gels.

And the usual cocktail of PWO's, stims, and Hydro3 to keep me motivated as well.

Highly recommended recipe. And only like 350 cals per serving. I had 2 servings, still barely over 700 cals for dinner.

Should diet change at all on GW due to increased insulin sensitivity?

I've never really been able to understand insulin lol

I'm not changing mine. But hopefully the increased sensitivity will help partition carbs where the Anabolics left off.

I thought about adding it to my PCT, I just need to read more on it.

I figured you would want to keep fats low like you would on a refeed day or around Slin dosages, sense your insulin sensitivity is increased. I'm most likely way off though lol maybe MrKleen73 can help me out.
