I'm at about 40P/40F/20C right now. Literally most of my carbs come from broccoli, carrots, and bananas. Once a week I eat about 400g carbs, reload. So I'm pretty low carb now. Doesn't mean I couldn't go lower though!!

meh I feel like I would hate that. I do like broccoli though.

I can't stop watching these speed bag videos. Amazing hand to eye coordination:

Sucks about the squats but atleast you still got some good volume in

Crushing the workouts. You haven't been trying to lean up for long I wouldn't worry about trying to jump start or speed up the losses. Just let them come. You are still pretty lean so won't take much.

Thanks brother. And the damn scale is deceptive because I see changes in the mirror.

Fuking curlers in the squat rack... i just go yell at them for being a douche... theres literally twice as many curling stations as squat racks at my gym too and yet they refuse to use them.

As for the diet, what about swapping some fat for carbs then instead? I assume you know what fits ebst for you but when I stall i start to tinker ha. Or maybe throw in a longer fast or something like that to change it up

I've actually thought about this. I respond good and fast to low carb, higher fat. So maybe I will make an adjustment and see what happens since I've stalled.

And even though I'm seeing changes, they're not all where I want them. Need the little belly to say bye-bye.

My life story... I'm constantly tinkering trying to find that one thing that will finally end the struggle... the fact is, its just gonna take a lifetime of work ha.

Just add CLA it specifically targets belly fat. Didn't ya know?...

Cardio and Core Day:

Started with the Speed Bag today to see if my abilities were improved with fresh arms and shoulders. And they were. I'm pretty much obsessed with becoming really good at this thing. So today was more focused on technique and timing of some new styles.

Speed Bag / Jump Rope back and forth for about 20 minutes

Hanging Leg Raises / Side Bends w/ 45lb. plate x 4 rotations

Ab Wheel / Russian Ball Twists x 4 Rotations

Running Hill Intervals. 2 minutes jog on incline, 1 minute walk (fast) on lesser incline. Each time increasing incline on jog. 17 minutes

F-ed up the planned macros for the day yesterday when we ended up going out for pizza and wings unexpectedly. Only went over by 900 calories!! Woke up only a pound heavier, yet looked leaner and love handles smaller...Hmmmm. Not complaining.

Cycle starts this week. Everything is on hand. Forgot to update workout yesterday, killer chest and arms. Mega-DOMS in chest today, surprisingly none in biceps or triceps.

Went to the doctor on Friday to address my sleeping issues. I have had them in one form or another for a couple years and have tried everything OTC and a few of our bodybuilding sleep aids to no avail. Have always been hesitant to be put on speed meds, but enough is enough. My Dad actually takes a medication for chronic headaches and said they help him sleep as well so he gave me a couple of them to try. I broke them in half and BOOM, killer nights sleep and woke up ready and refreshed. So I mentioned this med to the doctor that it worked great and it is also prescribed for sleep. It's called Amitriptylene. She gave me the lowest dose but it has worked great the few nights I've used it. Too scared to try Ambien. As long as this one works, it's a winner!!

Going to abandon this log for a while to do a Cycle Log. Too much to update both. I'll post a link once I get it going for anyone interested in following.

Good to hear about the Amitriptylene helping. My wife used that for a while it is also an anti-depressant and slows the mind down so you can actually sleep instead of having a hyper mind and an exhausted body.

Which I think plays a role in my sleep issues anyways.
