This whole time I thought I was doing dumbbell rows with a nice full range of motion, but it looks like I've been doing kroc rows. LOL The Pendlay row looks awesome. I have to start doing those. I like how the bar comes to the chest. I find I'm going so heavy with the bent over barbell row that my body is at a 45 degree angle and I'm getting the bar barely above my bellybutton. The pendlay looks like I'll be able to get my torso more parallel with the ground and bring the bar high to my chest. Definitely a finess move. May try 135lbs. to start. Thanks for the info guys! Great stuff!

Real quick I'll post today's BS workout. 3 hours of sleep doesn't do energy levels any favors...duh.

Pecs and Delts no pressing.

Pec Deck both directions Chest Fly / Reverse Fly Super Set x 4 4-0-1-0 tempo

Low Cable Flys / Cable Front Raises w/ Rope Between Legs Super Set x 4 moderate weight

DB Fly / 1 Arm DB Side Raise Super Set x 4 4-1-4-1 tempo on flys

DB Pullovers / DB Reverse Fly Super Set x 2...this is where i said "Fuuck It" and left.

I've got to sleep good tomorrow right? I mean I thought after sleep/driving on the way home this morning I would crash hard. But Nope!!

Man I need a couple killer workouts to finish this cycle right!!
 
Hate that when you are tired but once you get home you can't sleep or wake up way to soon.

MrKleen: I Greatly appreciate the advice man I did decide to stick to the halo and was trying to decide wehter to do 6 or 8 weeks but Im pretty sure I want to take full advantage of my halo cycle so if im still making gains and feeling it then im going the full 8 for sure!

In that case correct. There is a slight cheat in the explosion up with the torso. Then squeeze the back tight when the bar hits your chest.
 
I use that cheat with im going really heavy towards the end of my set and I make sure I don't start doing that until after I get my wide grip with solid form in for 3 or 4 sets, and then I do the reverse grip for more weight and the last 2 sets towards to last 2 or 3 reps that cheat really helps and like you said hold it at the top AND get that awesome squeeze
 
That's really good stuff if it works for you, that melatonin is very healthy for you and that combined with the zma will give you that rem sleep that your GH and Test are at the highest and your body grows twice as fast.

Got a much needed good workout in today. Inspired by zcol94 to do some pull ups to the back of the neck. Haven't been able to do these due to a shoulder injury. But I found that I was now able to crank out a few. Yet humbled by how much harder they are.

You still catching lethargy from your cycle and if so nothing has been helping or whats going on??? also all your routines look awesome man, are you doing full body routines the whole time or whats your plans of attack?? good the see the weight up awesomness as well as the strength, keep up the hard work!

No lethargy. Just working nights this week and my sleep is totally screwed up. Can barely sleep during the day. I think that's at least the one thing the Dermacrine has kept away is any lethargy.

I have been hitting mainly one body part per workout, but doing an arms only workout the other day kind of threw off my normal routine, so this week is kind of mash up whatever feels fresh. Today: Back and Quads

they're definitely tough starting out but if your consistent with them the number of reps will pick up pretty quick
 
You going to log your training/supplementation somewhere when this run finishes up?
I think so. Just start an ongoing log in the training forum. First of the year looking to start a nice natural stack of DermaStrengyh and X Gels along with adding my new staples of Conqu3r and Vital1ty. I really enjoy logging. Helps me keep track of my own progress as well as incentive to succeed. Always lots of good feedback, tips, and criticism coming in.
 
All of these supplements work great but if you want to fall asleep and get a massive GH spike then prami is freaking AWESOME!!!! It lowering prolactin and turning you into a porn star in bed is just a nice bonus...
 
Sounds like a nice little run. Logging is a great source of accountability and motivation. Not to mention the great info from the members here.

oh damn that's rough man!! sorry to hear that, that's real bad for the gains, deep sleep is when the real muscle mass is created and missing out probably jewed you out of 5-7lbs Im thinking, a lot of people may not agree with me but ive learned it first hand and see the difference good rest can do for ya.. anyways congratulations on the gains regardless that's freaking awesome, ill be happy even with 10-12lbs man that's definitely great and the strength that comes with it!!

Well now, that's some serious incentive to look into it. Would you suggest adding it to my upcoming pct or just in general anytime?

LOL!! Sorry man, wasn't aware of the full situation, its definitely not good though not to be a buzz kill, that rest is a HUGE part of what gets us to where we wanna be, the rest of it is like 40%
 
Now i've been on 3rd shift for 3 weeks now and tonight is my last night. I am so happy that it's over, getting only 5 1/2 hrs. of sleep a night/day is brutal

It is brutal. Back to normal next week. Plus I'll be off cycle so BP will be down and good ole natural sleep will be sooooo welcomed!!
 
I'm a little upset that this log is ending on such a drab note. I wish I could have been destroying the gym with motivation instead of bitching about being tired and working nights. But gotta keep it real, and I feel like toast!! Got decent sleep today but woke up in a cloudy haze. Made my way to the gym anyways for half a workout. Got in some Stiff-Leg Deadlifts, Lying Leg Curls, Split Squats, Single Leg Curls, and a couple sets of Preacher Curls before I gave up and left.

Few notes on the DMZ:
75mg is a lot. 60 is the sweet spot. I just got used to the 40+mg's pre workout, so with the less amount per cap in the LGI it kind of messed with how I dosed it. My BP definitely stays elevated, the veins in my forehead are always pronounced.
Appetite is out of control. Can't get enough food and carbs!!! I am feeling a little puffy because of it. But I know that underneath the puff, when I do start trimming the calories the new gains will show. Because I am definitely larger...everywhere. But not until April!!! Got to tell myself that it doesn't matter if you can't see my abs in the Winter...KEEP EATING.

Tomorrow is my last dose and I promise to myself as well that it will be a monster workout. Heavy Pressing, chest and Shoulders. Going to go out with a BANG Damn it!!!
 
Tomorrow will wrap it up. Post last workout and ending stats. And more details on the cycle. Heavy session so we'll get my official lift increases.

Thanks Tom. It will be more like weekly updates. Not every workout and such. Will check in once or twice a week with stats and how I'm feeling and what not.
 
Funny how priorities and goals change. At the start of this cycle I had just come off a cut, was looking shredded, best shape of my life. So going in to this I was content trying to add maybe 7 lbs. So here I am at 203 (16 lbs. heavier), not as shredded, can't seem to find enough food to eat, and I just want more. I know that what's building inside is going to be a monster when I start trimming the fat. Kind of makes me look at that cut I did like it was bad timing. Who cuts at the end of Summer? LOL But I guess it got my body primed for this cycle. It is best to have a lower BF% to start, or even use PH's. Not only that, but it taught me how to cut. How to cut without doing 40 minutes of cardio that is.

So to everybody following, keep eating nobody cares, it's December stay warm with a little fat layer. LOL (except you Z...keep doing what you're doing bro)
And then we'll all cut together this Spring. It will be fun and suck at the same time.

I'll probably be cutting in May, cycle will end In March then I'll recomp with ara, pa, and maybe another natty supp for 8-10 weeks then I'll try to get shredded... I'm trying to get lean as hell now because of what you said about starting a cycle lean

HELL YEA BRO! Eat Everything in site!! that's what ive been doing, ive had a monster appetite and this cycle is just getting started and ive jumped nearly 10lbs already and feel solid as concrete its amazing man, yesterday I felt like I was bulletproof and like I had muscles underneath my muscles that were solid, im soo looking forward to the next 4 to more weeks! and im down to cut with you come spring as long as I can get up to 205ish by then
