your looking big and lean. I don't think you have the added body fat your thinking. Your muscles are just larger so they may have lost a little of the edgy detail. The really big guys see almost no detail at all unless they carb restrict and start dehydrating and no sodium. But when they are in growing mode and eat a normal amount of carbs, they walk around looking like a marshmellow but with hardly any body fat. Bigger muscles just show I'd guess your body fat % is almost the same. but then again I'm not there with you. You still show an amazing amount of detail, I'm jut saying bigger muscles don't have that grainy detail unless you dehydrate them. And I think your used to seeing that detail so you're assuming your getting fatter.

Still working on next cycle. Have several months to figure it out.
I would choose Stano or Trest over Dermacrine if I could run it again.
Only feeling I get is BP spikes. No euphoria or anything outside of the gym.

blood pressure spikes enough, you might start hallucinating if that counts XD

But yeah man if you are running Hdrol, epi or dmz ect...
Stano or dermacrine for a test base.

Oh ok, cause it seems like when I take the halo shortly after for atleast 45 minutes or so I start getting this feeling its hard to describe but its like an uplifting slightly energetic of sorts... and it only seems to happen when im dosing it mainly in the morning dose, I don't really notice it in the evenings...

Lower the dose to spread out until it arrives.. That's the best option.

I wonder why everyone says dbol give you euphoria. wouldn't PH do the same? Cuz even test gives you an improved sence of well being. Why don't PH do that? I honestly felt the same as normal on the osta. Maybe a little extra confidence translating to cockieness energy.

like I said I noticed it on the halo lately, and my boy told me when he pinned test that he would get the same type of feeling
 
Had a decent leg session this morning, but Deadlifts not so much. I have been having some minor pain in my rib/lat area on my right side for a few months that I only feel when I Deadlift. But it has been minor enough that I can push through the session. But after last weeks heavy Deads, I felt it for the entire next day and then it was too much to go on with them this morning. So I got a little insight from another member in the Training Forum and my uneducated internet diagnosis is an Intercostal Strain. Which digging a little further, seems to be a common Deadlifting injury. So as bad as I hate to say it, I will be stopping Deads for a couple weeks to see if it gets any better. It is the only exercise I even feel it on.

So anyways, enough crying.

Leg Extensions (100 reps):
85 x 20, 15, 15
70 x 20, 15, 15

Leg Curls:
85 x 20, 15, 15

Squats:
135 x 10
185 x 10
205 x 10
235 x 7
255 x 6

Attempted Deadlifts here:
135 x 8 feeling crappy in my side
185 x 2 NO FREAKING WAY killing me, and that says something because I'm good at blocking out pain.

Hip Adductor / Hip Abductor / Calf Raises Giant Set Rotation x 4 sets

Ok so now that I look at it, the whole workout was meh...

Gonna change it up and do an Arms and Abs only workout tomorrow. Looking forward to just blasting some pumps through my skin!!
 
Damn bro that's terrible!! sometimes those little basta*d injuries get you after going heavy and half the time you don't notice til a week later, glad you figured it out I was going to say the same thing, must've slightly tore some muscle fibers, another VERY common injury doing heavy deads is a biceps tear so good thing it wasn't that!! the good thing is when it heals up in a week or two hopefully faster since your on the ph, it will really bring some good definition with it more then likely, just try to go light from now on or just do the seated back extension machine if you can, those always do you right if you cant do deads.....It's most definitely not going to bother your body to drop some of that for a whileand im sure that inury is what caused the whole workout to be "meh" cause those will totally screw up your mindset, I have a tear in my supraspinatus between my spine and shoulder blade and when that kicks in it ruins my entire shoulder or back routine for a couple weeks... so I must say the dma demigod IS part human after all!! lol and 100rep leg extensions??? wtf! those puppys will burn specially if you do squats and leg press before that I would do those after and get about 75 reps total at 12-15 a piece with good weight... so I don't write a novel ill cut this now and say "keep up the great work man! keep your head in the dmz clouds and don't let that injury bring you down man, your a freight train and you can still smash everything else out with ease!! love & respect always.

As far as the 100 rep extensions and leg curls before the squats, I'm not a fan of doing it this way. Have tried it a couple times now and I don't like getting under the bar for squats with my legs already quivering. So won't be doing this anymore either.

For sure man, the pre-exhaust routine, its only for when you want to do lighter weight on the compound moves and I myself think it sucks and isn't worth it, cause you don't get your 110% on the main move after using up a lot of your energy and strength on the machine... now going balls to the wall on say the squats then burning out on the extensions, that's cool LoL but yea, its just not cool to burn your legs out and jump under a squat bar, it raises the risk for injury let alone keeps you from doing your best on it..

It only hurts when deadlifting. The only time it has ever hurt outside of that, is the day after my last deadlifting session it hurt when I coughed or sneezed. But that lasted a day, then gone. No sign of it until I went to deadlift again today.

Nope. Seriously only when pulling on a deadlift. I'm literally standing in my living room right now side bending. Nothing.

yea its probably a strained serratus anterior muscle, those are involved in a lot of things but putting heavy weight on im sure its trying to stabilize your body and that's when its under a lot of stress im sure, ive did that same thing years ago...

I also looked at serratus strains and it just seemed to far toward the middle of the back to be what I'm experiencing. This is centered in the rib cage area where the bottom of the lat reaches it.

If it was a serratus anterior strain, you would be having pain while over head pressing.

See I know what you mean, I was thinking of the muscles on opposite side damnit, theres a muscle there above the oblique that is between the oblique and lats and I cant remember the name but those are what it is that's bothering you

I don't know what to call these, as they're not really a curl. But I got them from a Rich Piana arm workout and decided to kick off my session with them. Smith Machine Curls?? Any how, thought the best way to show what I meant was to post a vid.

Killer freaking pump today. Haven't done an arms only workout in quite some time. Going back to night shift for one more week starting tonight, so I will be taking tomorrow off to try and adjust to the schedule. And to let the arms grow!!

French Press x 4 sets (50, 60, 70, 70)

Spider Curls x 4 sets (50, 50, 50, 50)
Super Set
OH DB Raise x 4 sets (60, 60, 60, 60)

Hammer Curls w/ Fat Gripz x 3 sets (20's, 25's, 25's)
Super Set
Close Grip Bench Press x 3 sets (135, 135, 135)

Double Arm High Cable Curls w/ Fat Gripz x 4 sets (40, 50, 50, 40)

Tricep Rope Pull Down Triple Drop Sets x 4 sets (100 drop to 70 drop to 50)

Ab Wheel / Seated Calf Raises / Oblique Crunches Giant Set x 3 rotations

Biceps were so pumped by the time I got to the Close Grip Bench, I could hardly lower the bar all the way down because my pumped up biceps were in the way!! LOL

If you're not doing Spider Curls , you should start. I promise you'll love them.
 
Those are basically Drag Curls, and their performed best in the smith machine, they kick a** I learned about them about 2 years ago in my musclemag and they do work man, definitely good to throw in your work out, they blast your bi's from a whole other angle and get that whole upper part I believe for the cut in between your shoulder and bi, brings the peak out a lot more... tell me about these spider curls! lol
