difference between BCAAs and non/essential Aminos

EAA = Essential Amino Acids. These are the amino acids your body needs for basic living functions. EAAs can not be synthesized by the body and needs to be obtained by diet or supplement.

BCAA = Branched Chain Amino Acids. These are a select group of essential amino acids (leucine, isoleucine & valine) with the carbon atoms joined together in an open chain rather than a ring and are non-linear.

Non-Essential Amino Acids = Your body is able to synthesize these from other aminos.

Conditionally Essential = These are amino acids that under certain circumstances the body is not able to synthesize from other aminos.

For utmost muscle building make sure to have all 22 amino acids present at each meal. That means lots of food combining may take place as chicken has 17or so, beef has 18 or so......so have a chicken and steak meal and be covered.

I have been doing this and it has been working great,

I have always wondered why EAAs arent marketed more in the supplement industry.. Is it a price thing? Or just because methionine and phenylalanine taste horrible and makes it harder to flavor to cover them?
