diet on igf 1 lr3...

curious about what the diet should consist of when using this stuff. i am mostly concerned about carbs. i already know protein and lots of it, is a must pre workout and post workout. carbs are too, i believe. but, what kinds? complex or simple or both? Post workout or pre workout? does it matter?

No compound or supplement will solely dictate your diet regimen.

You goals dictate your diet. Cutting/Bulking/Maintenance.

Please research in the Diet Nutrition sections to become more familiar with Diet Organization/Caloric Macros/Etc ;)
 
you worry about carbs when you're trying to get growth hormone release from your body. carbs can alter the amount that is released. when you're taking GH, it doesn't matter how much carbs you take in, because you're putting GH inside you from an external source. does that make sense?

basically, you don't have to worry about the carbs dictating the growth hormone levels, you let the needle to it :)

The OP is concerned about IGF-1, not GH.
