Heres the supplement stack that i'll be taking
Week 1-4
19 Tren-Tfo 4 caps everyday
Dieselbolan 4 caps everyday
Week 5-8
19 Tren-Tfo 4 caps everyday
Beastdrol 4 caps everyday

4 times a week
Sunday: military
Monday: Deadlift
Wednesday: Bench Press
Thursday: Squat

The sets and reps below are for your main lifts not secondary lifts
Heres the workout routine:

you use 90 % of your max for your percentages i'll post my work out today for an example:

oh yeah and i forgot to add that i'm coming off a injury if you look at my pics i have a pretty narley scar this it what it looked like after my second surgery

i got it at a wrestling camp i had a cut on my leg and during the camp got staph infection yeah it sucked talk about a major set back
 
i hope this isnt ur first cycle... u do understand ur stacking the most potent Phs and for 8 weeks. ur going to be shut down very hard i hope u have a proper PCT planned. good luck

tren, phera and a 13 ethyl for 4 weeks, then following it with tren and superdrol.............all heavy doses.....

my liver hurts just thinking about that cycle. Your going to be WAY SHUTDOWN.

your going to need at least 8 weeks in pct after that cycle, maybe more.

If you had HCG during cycle, I would say a 4-5 weeker might be "okay".

the only thing good about ur pct is nolva and 6-oxo, and still this stack shouldnt be done really. u should run the tren first for 6 weeks as a cut and then bulk with the diesel and beast. but thats just my opinion. like i said good luck with ur cycle and if ur set on doing it u should probably get some HCG or at the least sustain alpha. and u should probably take double dosages of cycle support or equivalent
 
get real HCG not HCGhenerate. dont waste 60 bucks on another bottle of that stuff when u can get real HCG that works for half that
 
how many iu's do you have on hand?

HCGenerate does not equal human chorionic gonadotropin.

So I want a 10 ml solution to make the concentration at 1,000 IU per CC, and have 10 CC's. So 10 ml's of BAC water + 10,000 IU's of Pregnyl gives me the desired concentration.

1,000 IU per CC like it's 1,000 mgs per CC.

take about .2 cc or .175

Wednesday january 6th
today workout is bench press/upperbody
i'm max repping with 215 sadly to say my goal is to get 12 witch sucks because 2 years ago when i was 18 i could do 12 reps with 250 **** it... but my muscle memory is kicking in and so is this stack I love so far no sides at all to early to tell wait the gains are going to be like but since ive been talking i just overall feel better mentally and physically

WELL OFF TO THE GYM I'LL BE TAKING VIDEOS OF MY MAX REPS AND POSTING THEM THROUGH OUT THIS ENTIRE LOG ....
