-soo last night i was soo pissed got all pumped up and ready to rip someones head off walking to the gym in the pouring rain being all pumped up and ready to destroy my body

WORKOUT SUMMARY
-inc presses increased 10lbs again this week first set very happy with second and third not happy with no biggie
-mil presses first time doing these in a while not on smith machine, wow what a difference
-dips wanted to bring these back subbed them out for skulls wanted a change
-chinups diff from rack chins, wanted a change felt nice
-rack deads nothing great to talk about hit 405 but felt wayyy too heavy o well and no belt but im making excuses ehhe
DTHC SummARY
-aggression possibly increased last 2-3 days
-acne aka pimples staying around the same more then normal for sure around upper body and thighs hips area alittle, but doesnt help that the temp increased a lot too and now im wearing busniess outfits
-constant energy during my workouts helps a ton, havnet been wiped out in a while and thats really helping me continue my workouts
-not related to DTHC im sure but catching my breath is taking way too long inbtw sets or sprints
Shin splint Update
-still hurts alittle while walking esp going up or down stairs and ramps grrrr
-icing it when i can and gotta get new shoes and sneakers
