DAY XIII
I'm ON....I've been awake for the last 32 hours, my CNS is firing on all cylinders, my mind is focused like a laser, I cant wait to hit the gym in about 2 hours... Normal dosing today, Feeling amazing, especially for no sleep...

okay so had a great workout
30 minute walk to gym
Bench press - 3 sets of 10 @ 135lbs, 3 sets of 8 @ 185lbs
Incline Hammer strength - 4 sets of 10 @ 135lbs
rear delt flye machine - 1 set of 12 @ 40lbs, 50lbs, 60lbs, and back to 40lbs for 4 total sets
Lat Pulldown - 3 sets of 10 @ 120lbs
Seated cable row - 3 sets of 10 @ 120lbs
Face Pulls - 3 sets of 12 @ 40lbs
DB Hammer Curl - 4 sets of 15 @ 40lbs
Straight Bar Curl - 3 sets of 10 @ 50lbs
Tricep cable pressdown - 3 sets of 12 @ 90lbs

Felt excellent today, my shoulder was in pain only on un-racking the bar for bench press, i pushed through it no problem, time to eat and beat my gf's cheeks =) later bro's

What weight/bf were you in your avatar man ?

I think like 160 or 155lbs i dont know what body fat, i was working out like 5 days a week for 2 hours a day back then though. i've changed my ways since then, bigger is better lol.
 
day 14
Today is ab's and cardio, normal dosing of SD and 4AD
I'll get my BP tomorrow and hopefully get a empty weigh in and possibly pictures, to gauge progress, the carbs are def increase body fat, but not too bad, i mean this is a bulk its to be expected, i just dont like the bloat from so much carbs. I Dont want this to ever end, I feel incredible, not even sore from yesterday, but i know i have to wait to hit the same muscle groups to grow properly.
 
Day 15
Lower body
Squats - 2 sets of 10 @ 135lbs, 3 sets of 6 @ 225lbs
Deadlifts - 4 sets of 8 @ 155lbs
Leg Raises - 3 sets of 20
Rotary Calf Machine - 3 sets of 20 @ 135lbs
Standing Calf press - 3 sets of 10 @ 225lbs
Leg extention - 3 sets of 8 @ 155lbs
Leg Curl - 3 sets of 10 @ 75lbs

My Blood Pressure is 98/64 @ 72 beats a minute, a little acne on my back, no atrophy, no lethargy, increased bodyfat around abdomen, Feeling awesome ready to make some gains. Going to increase calories next week another 300 a day if possible.
 
How much weight increase?

i weighed in @ 183 this morning empty as can be, so in 16 days 11lbs increase. If you want to count full body weight with food & water i'm @ 189 before bed, so 17lbs, I like to go by dry weight though.

woke up groggy after a night of restless sleep, popped 10mg of SD with 200mg 4AD and hit the gym.
Bench Press - 3 sets of 10 @ 135lbs, 3 sets of 6 @ 205lbs
Incline Hammer Strength Press - 1 set of 10 @ 165lbs, 3 sets of 8 @ 185lbs
Rear Delt Flye machine - 1 set of 12 @ 50lbs, 3 sets of 12 @ 70lbs
Lat Pulldown - 3 sets of 10 @ 120lbs
Seated cable row - 3 sets of 10 @ 120lbs
Military Press - 3 sets of 10 @ 110lbs
Face Pulls - 3 sets of 12 @ 35lbs

Felt really good about my workout, I'm having difficulty un-racking the bar for flat bench, but once i get it i can press if no problem. Also i probably should avoid military press, as it seemed to put a lot of stress on my shoulder. Going to hit arms on tuesday. getting some good mass and my strength is almost back to normal.

Okay so here is a great easy recipe that has helped me carb load in a tasty way.
Brown up 2 1/2 pounds of lean ground beef in a pan, drain grease and put in a crock pot
Add a jar of prego, 2 cans enchilada sauce, 1 can corn, to crock pot, let it sit over night, stirring it a few times through out the day.
I cook up 16oz of dry pasta, small shells or your choice, add this this all together in a pot, let it cool and place in fridge over night to lock in flavor.
I also add mushrooms but feel free to imporvise

Get those arms swole brotha, why don't you like arms anymore? I think Chest is my fav right now. The pumps are GREAT, it takes about 1 set to get rock hard. I was thinking of doing 20mg SD pre-workout but since i'm only doing 20mg a day, i like to keep blood level saturated and divide dose in 2, SD has a half life of what 6-8 hours??

Idk arms are just not my fav it's odd but I'm in love with chest and back!!!! Omg that combo is so much fun lol specially super setting

My routine is Legs/lower back - Chest/Back - Abs/core - Cardio - Rest - Chest/back - abs/core - Repeat. but this week i'm changing it a little, i was doing arms with chest and back now i'll do arms seperate on Cardio day, no pr's yet, I started this cycle coming off a minor injury and 7 weeks off with no weights. I've almost gained all my strength back in only 2 weeks. =)

Yeah man Chest/back rocks, i enjoy working opposite muscle groups... I usually only super set my arms, give me a example of what you super set with chest/back. I was thinking of incline bench SS with Lat Pulldown.

That does look pretty intense, I've been doing a lot of 20 to 30 second rests between sets lately but not with that many supersets.

I do about 30-45 second rest between sets.

Sit-ups - 3 sets of 20 @ 20lbs
Sti-ups with serratus raise - 3 sets of 10 @ 20lbs
Flutter kicks - 3 sets 1 min per set
Leg raises - 3 sets of 10
Planks - 3 sets of 1 min per set

Libido isnt as high as last week, but still rocking morning wood =)

Bruh I hate abs too. But sometimes I like it lol. It sure is necessary, especially to make you look leaner. 20lbs will be awesome. I hope to achieve that many lbs as well when I run mine. 20lbs is no joke, it's a big difference in body size.

Yeah, I know 20lbs is a huge difference, i'm hoping to keep the bulk going through the year, then probably start a cut Feb - August something like 11oxo for 6 weeks @ a low dose, followed by 6 weeks of sd @ 10mg with minimum cals, maybe throw in some Stano too... This is not set in stone just something i've been playing with.
 
Can't stand doing abs, hardly ever do them to be honest
 
I try to do abs at least 3x a week after workouts but it's the hardest thing in the world to actually convince myself to do it lol. Been better about it lately though.
 
I drink so much water during my workouts that I can't do abs afterwards. Too bloated!!

Yeah man, the flutter kicks are the worse, but it makes me feel alot better the next day when i look in the mirror and can see them, so much carbs on this cycle kinda washed them out.
 
DAY 18
Arms day, kinda went nuts

Seated Tricep extention Machine - 4 sets of 10 reps @ 70lbs
DB Hammer Curls - 4 sets of 15 @ 40lbs each arm
DB Overhead Tricep Extention - 3 sets of 20 @ 40lbs (20lbs each hand)
Isolated Single Arm Bicep Curl - 3 sets of 10 @ 20lbs
Pinwheel Curls - 4 sets of 12 @ 45lbs each arm
Bicep Pull-ups - 1 set of 12, i had a back pump in my rhomboid lasted about 1 minute, so only 1 set.
Low Cable Bicep Curl - 3 sets of 15 @ 90lbs, 1 set of 20 @ 90lbs (a PR)
High Cable Tricep Pressdown - 4 sets of 20 @ 100lbs

I had a few minor back cramps so i'll be upping the taurine next workout, nothing serious, about 1-2 mins of cramping. I rode my motorcycle to the gym, probably not the best idea as my arms were so swole i had issues with throttle control =)
I think the higher rep range worked for me and i will incorporate it into my chest/back day on Thursday. Still no atrophy, kinda confused on that, will it be next week when they shrink up? I'm not complaining, i like my boys large and in charge, but being SD i figured atrophy by week 2 for sure. Ehhh guess i'm not normal haha.

Rest day, i'll check weight tomorrow but its pretty much staying the same. sitting around 185 empty. Although tonight is Super taco night, which is about 2500 cals or so!
