U lucky. Before when I tried to bulk I did it wrong bcause I wasn't watching wat I was eating and didn't know how to breakdown macros. So that experience traumatized me and I never tried to bulk again lol. Always recomped. But now I'm way more knowledgable and eager to start my bulk and see where it gets me.

After pct u sure need to eat a little bit more to keep gains while body is going back to normal.

oh man, I dont know if I can eat anymore than im eating now, I went crazy with food on cycle, plus i cant afford to eat this way forever, i already have to buy new work pants.
 
PCT sux to be honest! I lose real freakin quick. I haven't figured it out. Everything I eat is going to my stomach, not too noticeable but for me I can tell. Motivation is next to nothing right now. I'll snap out of this funk soon. Takes me a couple weeks to become mentally stable and finally figure out I'm not on anabolics anymore, so suck it up and push through. I don't know how people maintain strength and sometimes gain on pct. My body tells me to go fawk yourself when I come off. I'll stop whining now and not ruin ur thread.

Lol yea it's hard to eat more and more and it gets more expensive as well. But hey we chose this lifestyle hehe.

Though I still will probably revisit the bb bench at some point.

Keep in mind the stronger you get on barbell bench the move weight you'll be able to move I. Hypertrohy work. I did straight power lifting for over a year and now that I'm doing higher rep work I'm getting huge because of the weights I can handle now.

This is a good point. I'll keep it in mind. I'm definitely on and off contemplating adding bb bench during or after my pct.

Day 27

Upper Body day, I was not feeling it today, i my triceps were still sore from tuesday, but i worked through it.

Bench Press - 2 sets of 12 @ 135lbs, 2 sets of 10 @ 185lbs, 2 sets of 4 @ 225lbs
Incline Hammer Strength - 4 sets of 10 @ 185lbs
Rear delt Machine - 4 sets of 15 @ 70lbs
Chest Flye Machine - 3 sets of 10 @ 180lbs
Seated Cable Row - 3 sets of 10 @ 120lbs
Lat Pulldown - 3 sets of 8 @ 140lbs
Face Pulls - 4 sets of 15 @ 40lbs

I do better next time, I'll weigh in on Saturday.

i checked the pics you have up, we have similar biceps...i wonder if were related like the monkey is to a gorilla LOL

Cardio and abs today.

Sit-ups with a serratus raise - 4 sets of 15 @ 20lbs
Leg raises - 4 sets of 25
Planks - 4 sets of 1 minute hold
Flutter kicks - 3 sets of 45 second hold

30 mins cardio
 
Day 29 (Saturday)

woke up late, took 20mg SD with 400mg 4AD and hit the gym
Legs
10 mins cardio warmup
Squats - 2 sets of 10 @ 135lbs, 1 set of 8 @ 185, 1 set of 6 @ 225lbs, 1 set of 2 @ 315lbs, 1RM 405lbs pr
Deadlifts - 4 sets of 10 @ 225lbs, 1RM 375... not a pr
Prone leg curls - 4 sets of 10 @ 90lbs
Leg Extension - 3 sets of 10 @ 140lbs
Rotary Calf machine - 3 sets of 20 @ 135lbs

Felt great about the Squats pr....I thought i was gonna rip my ***hole but pulled through it. The deadlift was the best i could do, it felt like my arm was going to rip out of my socket, so i didn't try any higher. Still Really happy with the workout though. I got pics coming today and weigh in.

Heres a Cold pic, and weighed in @ 190lbs, thats a 18lb increase. I'll Have Measurements and pumped pics after my workout.

Thanks man, I notice it in my arms and legs mostly, but the tape measure will let me know whats up. I'm glad i got my abs back this week, they were washed out for most of the cycle. Not looking forward to PCT though. Im go get ready to hit the gym lets see if i can break a bench pr.

Bench Press 3 sets of 10 @ 135lbs, 2 sets of 8 @ 185lbs, 1 set of 5 @ 225lbs, 1RM 275lbs, I tried 295lbs and failed, still happy though.
Hammer strength chest press - 1 set of 12 @ 185lbs, 3 sets of 5 @ 270lbs
Rear Delt machine - 4 sets of 12 @ 85lbs
Incline Hammer Strength - 3 sets of 185lbs
Face Pulls - 3 sets of 12 @ 40lbs
Wide grip Pull-ups - 3 sets of 8 reps (super set with) Single Arm Rear Delt Flye - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 20lbs.
seated cable row - 3 sets of 12 @ 100lbs
tricep dips - 3 sets of 15 reps body weight.

Before And After, i did my best to do a side by side but my skills are subpar...lol

Np big homie. Yea that's the hard part especially after such big gains. What I would do is add an extra two hundred calories and eliminate cardio. But u should be fine.
 
Your back got thicker. That's the most noticeable than comes your shoulders and chest. Abs got more visible.

day 2 of pct

its whatever so far, i'm replacing my morning sd dose with 50mg of erase, then an hour later with 3 grams DAA. after work another 3 grams DAA, and 25mg erase, clom hour before bed. weight is the same, starting to tighten up and drop water. Also dosing 5 grams creatine mono, helps keep that pumped look in mirror.
 
Why you taking 6g of daa? 3G is sufficient enough bro

just doing 6 the first week, helps my libido, the gf quit smoking and needs her oral fixation and i gotta STAY UP, if you know what i mean. Besides i got a ton of DAA powder.

A week into pct, no emo sides yet, lost 5 pounds, seems mostly water, im sitting at 185lbs right now and happy with it, so far I worked out twice, full body workouts, deloading but feel really strong. I plan on getting those 5lbs back by the end of the year, I live by the old Moto of build it,shape it, cut it. The new year ill shape it, march ill cut it. Im in it to win it.
 
Week 2 complete of PCT, i'm holding @ 185lbs, kicking the intensity up this week, sac back to normal, a little heavier than before actually, No emotional sides or vision problems, i'm Good to Go!!! heres what i went with

clom - 50/50/25/25 i start 25 tomorrow night
Daa - 3 grams every day
Erase-2/2/3/3/3/2/1 i had a extra bottle
Endosurge - 0/4caps/4/4/4/4/4 I really like this stuff, stinging nettle root is now a staple in my PCT's
 
Last night of PCT, weight is 187, appetite increase since mid week 3. Strength good, endurance increased. I will continue DAA for 4 more weeks along with Endosurge and 2 more weeks of Erase. I will be starting Anabeta possible next Sunday or after Erase is done. I will be looking forward to using SD with a cut, bulking isn't my favorite thing to do, I think recomp is better than bulking. Anyway, thanks for following. Much appreciated fellows.
 
So much talk about anabeta, I may have to try it. Glad things are going well for you bro.

So whats the total weight gain from pre cycle to now? Has your strength dropped at all?

total weight is 15lbs, I'd say maybe 1% increase in bodyfat, 172-187lbs. I have crazy carb cravings all the time now. Strength dropped about 20lbs on bench, squat, deadlifts, but now it's slowly climbing back, my endurance has increased though, I can workout for 90 mins no problem, on cycle I was done in 50-60 mins. All in all it was fun, but I think all my future cycles will be cut, or recomp.
