Day 16. I just finished training chest and bi's. Man I'm exausted. The kids kept me up up late and got me up early. I managed maybe five hours of sleep. Surprisingly my workout was pretty solid.
Ok here we go with results from day ten.
Cest and Bi's:
Chest:
flat bench
warm up sets: 135 for 10, 185 for 8, 245 for 4.
Set #1: 275 for 8
Set #2: 315 for 11 I probably could have had 12 reps if I had really pushed it .
set #3 315 for 8
Incline bench
Set #1: 120 dumbells for 9
Set #2 120's for 8
Set# 3 120's for 7
Flys:
Set#1 65 dumbells for 10
Set#2 65's for 9
set#3 65's for 8
Dips two sets of 20
Bi's
One arm standing DB's
Set#1 40's for 15
Set#2 50's for 12
Set#3 50's for 9
single arm preacher curls
set#1 40's for 10
set#2 40'as for 9
set#3 40's for 8
Hammer curls on cable machine w/ rope
set one: 60 lbs for 15
set#2 60lbs for 12
Set#3 60lbs for 10
I finished the workout with a 30 rep set of dips.
My max flat bench has gone up almost two reps. I feel like I will get 12 next week , or the week after for sure. My incline dumbells presses have also improved. Over all my strength is gradually going up. I also feel full and I'm getting great pumps. I have enough Neovar to go about four weeks. I would love to have enough to log at least six or seven weeks(yes it's a shameless attempt to get more product). I'll check back in tomorrow after leg day.
Keep the log going well, and if you continue to see gains and would like to go a few more weeks.... more Neovar might appear on your doorstep![]()
That's the end of my training week. I will be back on Monday. Hope everyone has a good weekend. I have decided to set a goal of a 420 bench for myself. I have never tried more than 405, so it should be interesting to see what happens. I will be changing up my chest workouut accordingly. If anyone has any good suggestions let me know. I'm a train by feel guy. This is the first time I have really put my workouts into writing.
We'll need to get some RPM and/or Drive in your hands to ensure that 420 bench happens relatively soon :thumbsup:
