Destroying Fat with Finaflex Pro Xanthine 500

That is a good feeling. I miss that feeling. I need to break from stims again. But HTF am I going to wake up and crush a workout without some stims?

Sometimes we have to suffer a bit to achieve the greater good. Four or five days stim free will do wonders for stim tolerance as long as you do it regularly. (Every three weeks or so.)
 
DAY 13: May 3rd

3.5 mile run through the woods of Georgia. Some on- trail running as well as some off- trail runnning. The HILLS kicked my A**!

I also competed in a on-duty challenge with my co-workers, 1000 (4 count) flutterkick. Let me tell you I really felt the burn:firedevil:

Also, the two the two a day pill dosage is really turning up the fat - burning process with the afternoon appetite supression and increase in my energy levels too.
 
Glad you are enjoying the two a day dose. The great thing about PX is that you can up the dose some and not get uncontrolable jitters but you get more appetite supression :P

Abdominal: Half sit-ups 30 reps; Crunches 30 reps; Side sit-up 30 reps; Oblique 30 reps; Flutterkicks 80 reps ( 1 count), Leg Raises 30 reps; Twist 40 reps. Love the two pill dosage! Ahhhh I feel like a beast!

BB Shrugs: ( 2 SEC HOLD) 3 SETS X 10 REPS @ 55 LBS EA.

Incline Rear Delt Flyes( Pinkies Up): 3 SETS X 12 REPS @ 20 LBS EA.

Barbell Complex: ( Deadlifts, Bent Rows, Hang Cleans, Push Press, Back Squat) 4 SETS X 10 REPS WITH 90 SEC REST BETWEEN SETS @ 130 LBS

Deadlifts: 7 reps @ 170lbs; 5 reps 185lbs; 4 reps 205 reps

45 Degree Back Raises: holding a 45 lbs plate 3 sets x 12 reps

Seated MB Twist: 3 sets x 15 reps @ 20lbs MB

2 mile run on roads.

I'm debating on another weigh-in tommorrow should I or should I not?
 
One a week is a good way to judge your progress.

Another solid workout. The two pill dosage will definitely amp things up! Don't forget about our new pre workout that's going to need beta testers soon. Might get lucky and be a first one to try it out.

Day 22: May 11th

Ran 2 miles on the treadmill at a 5% incline for endurance.

Abdominals using my Perfect Sit-up apparataus with level 1 resistance: 2 sets x 30 reps crunches with feet on floor; 2 sets x 30 reps crunches with feet off the floor; 2 sets x 30 reps abdominal twist; 2 sets x 30 reps obliques elbow to knee. Plank for 60 sec on each side and front no rest period between each.

The pounds however still feel as though they're stilling coming off without exercise thanks to FinaFlex Xanthine 500 2 pills a day.
