Ok so I have fat on my tricep and I have never been able to see the medial head. Sense I've been on my cut the lateral head has came out but not the medial head. I'm about to go on a bulk as soon as this is done and I was wondering if I get DermaTherm and apply it to my tricep during bulk would it still shed the fat away? Or should I use it only during cut. I also have like an oz of fat left on each one of my lower chests that I have never been able to get rid of.
 
well dermatherm tends to work by releasing fat form the applied area, allowing it to be used more readily for energy, lipolysis, and therefore works best on a hypocaloric diet, but ive also read that it will just move fat around if the calories arent below youre caloric expenditure

Oh sh*t! So that's not going to work that well during bulk then. I don't know why they discounted Napalm. Apparently it was the best thing out there. What about eviscerate, is it the same thing?

Eviscerate is better but if you need drop fat from the "tricep area" do with medium weigths "5x5" protocol and you beleive.

Chest and Bicep
Back and Tricep

No topical fat formula will do that for you if you are above maintenance calories.

I saw your log like a week or two ago and DermaTherm really brought your abs out. You and I though have one problem, the skin. I don't WTF to do about it!

maybe.
but i would rec it used during a recomp or cut along with sustanLV and maybe lipostim to get more out of it.

I mean you prob coudl but i would rec it on a cut over a bulk.
 
it has to be surgically taken care of or tightened somehow
 
Invalid Link Removed on that 'stubborn' area would definitely help so long as you comply with the previous advice and are in a calorie deficit.

Normally the peripheral areas are the first to shed fat (face, arms, legs etc), what bodyfat are you at the moment mate?

last i checked 11.3%

Edit: My arms have lost fat its the medial tricep area thats kiling me. I've tried everything! At first I though I was just not hitting the muscle but then one day I saw in the mirror in the gym that I could see all my tricep and I'm tanned(originally) so its not a white thing, it has to be the fat.

I'm thinking for the next cut would be good. But I'm bulking with Natadrol and every log I've read they said that they ate crazy and dropped 1-2% bf. So I don't know...I'm a little lost there.

I'm going to end up selling my body :naughty: to pay for all this. Now watch my luck, I'm going to buy it and then it's either ganna go on bigger sale somewhere else, OR PP is going to chose me to log something and I won't be able to use it for a while.
