i never said a natty can become markus ruhl or something crazy like that, with 24'' arms, 35'' legs and 300 lbs of muscle, i never said that, but there are people out there who always knew they had good genetics and stuck to drug free training, and built great physiques, without the help of steroids, prohormones or testosterone boosters

That is 100% true. Unfortunately half of the pics (and that's being generous) that you post are not natty people so the thread is just pointless. It's a missleading title. I'm surprised you haven't thrown pics of the rock in there too.

i don't think the rock is natty, but i do believe john cena is natty
 
You’re delusional, none of these people you’re posting are natural. Yet you still refuse to post your picture so we can see what a true natural wonder is. Don’t tell me you’re too shy as you must draw all kinds of attention just walking around in the condition you’re in.

the bottom line is, some people do have terrible genetics, i've met people who claimed they have tried ''everything''(including steroids) and they still can't seem to make much progress at all, and there's people who always had good genetics, why? because they are mesomorphs, they have wide shoulders, narrow hips and thick bones, and they come from a family of naturally muscular people, combine that with years of consistent training and you have the john cena's and the mike o'hearns of this world, the natties who no one can believe they are natties. i've met people who freak out when i tell them i'm natty, they say ''no f...ing way''

They dont freak out cause they dont believe your natty. They say it cause they say how delusional is this guy who's bedbound in this hospital bed in his mom's living room. By the way did you make it to your appointment with Dr. Nowzardian yet, I really wanna see you lose this weight. And when is your episode airing.
