the point of this thread is to show what can be achieved without the help of steroids, prohormones or testosterone boosters, or any supplements that might label you ''enhanced'', i believe we've been told a lie, that you can only go so far as a natty, maybe you can achieve a natty physique as the bodybuilders in the 1920s and that's it, but nothing can be further from the truth, with good genetics, proper rest, training and nutrition many natties achieved what many consider to be ''unbelievable'', just look at how strong paul anderson was, and he was 100% natty, and yes he was fat but imagine him looking ripped. i hope i inspire many with my thread. you're welcome.
