deciding which supplemement to take

hi im 16 and 6'4 175... im on the football team and want to get bigger but idn which supplement i want to take. i heard h-drol is good but its more like a steriod and trenadrol is good and a testosterone booster. which would you recomemend or what would you recomened? id like to be 205+ by next season if possible

You're way too young little bro. When you mess with those things at your age there is alot of potential to cause some major problems later down the road. You have a super high amount of natural testosterone already. You have absolutely NO NEED for a prohormone, prosteroid, or test booster.

Creatine Monohydrate
Whey Protein
Multi-Vitamin
Essentail Fatty Acids
Beta-Alanine
and massive amounts of food

All of that above...at your age...will make you grow like you THOUGHT you were taking a prohormone. Trust me dude...we've all been there at your age. If you bust your ass in the gym and eat right you WILL grow and get ALOT stronger.

Now...go out, purchase the above, hit the gym like an animal and eat like one too. You will be well on your way.

You seem very skinny for being 6'4 so you probably have a very fast metabolism...EAT EAT EAT...and them eat more. I can easily see 205 in your future by the next football season...no problem.
 
I agree 100% with BurghHardcore. Do NOT TOUCH EITHER. those products will NOT do what you think they will, they are not magic pills. you need to eat more, and when you think your eating a ton, double it. there is no secret to gaining weight, you need to eat more then you burn. if you take those products, you probably wont grow just because lack of calories.

try some Mcdonalds, taco bell, anything high calorie. if you are playing football your burning a lot of calories, and need to eat more to make up for those. PM me for any advice, we have all been there before. i am 22 and still have not touched hormonal products. food is the most anabolic substance, and at your age you will grow like a weed.

just so you know taking those products at your age, there is a chance you can screw up your body for years or longer.

all you need... food, protein, multi vitamin, and maybe creatine mono.
 
How many kcals do you eat everyday? This is the most important part to any training program.
 
In case you wanted one more opinion - NONE of those things. At 16, your hormone levels are already crazy. Modifying them at this point would be detrimental to your development. Do NOT go near these types of things. Eat like a horse, sleep like a baby, and lift like you were doing reps in front of hot chicks all day long. You've got all the building blocks you need right in your right now. If we had the test levels that you probably have, we wouldn't be taking this stuff either!!!!

agreed. Just stick to eating more food, multi, whey, fish oils, and creatine mono.

bro,you posted in the wrong forum,and your way underage to be talking p.h's..listen to what these gentleman here has to say! dont do it!!not yet at least.and please post in the right thread next time,but not in the steroid forum.your too young!:)thanks!
 
Agreeing with all the guys above. Anything but FOOD, FOOD, and MORE FOOD (and the basics (except Beta Alanine), as stated by BurghHardcore) is UNnecessary at this stage. You shouldn't be looking into further supplementation until you have more training history and you're at least 18.
