Also I’m curious, why does epitome work better for those with more body fat? I’d have thought that a supp that boosts leptin sensitivity would work better for those with less body fat

The obese have high leptin level with high leptin resistance. Epitome rapidly boosts sensitivity while at the same time bring Leptin level back to within normal levels.
The lean have high leptin sensitivity with low leptin levels. The main goal is to boost leptin levels (hence the recommendation to supplement with Glucosamine) which isn't Epitome's main design.
Right around "setpoint" both are in balance, Epitome loses effectiveness and other fat loss angles are required.
