Oh okay. I was just wondering cuz 2 caps 3x a day was what I would take and she's half of me (relatively -- I'm not 10'0"Taking the recommended dosing of (2)capsules 3x day should work out just fine. Take the doses 30 minutes before meals spread out over the day. I'm sure Crader will gladly give you the female perspective once she sees this thread from her own personal experiences.

Same happened to me. The burps eventually went away. I told her that, but she doesn't listen to me :sad:I don't get those, I did when I first started so time maybe?
I'll make this suggestion.For the burps, try taking a TUMS with the dose of DCP...so far it seems to be counteracting.
If i work out first thing in the AM on an empty stomach is it best to take my 2 DCP pre workout, or post workout 30 min. before my meal?
4 is my sweet spot (or should I say SWEAT Spot) for preworkout endurance boost.I would take it pre-workout to get the added endurance boost through fatty acid oxidation into energy. Some take 3-4 caps prior to workout to gain even more of the endurace benefit effect. You can always play around with the dosage and timing a bit to see what works best for you.

Personal preference...I would do 2 morning, 3 preworkout, and 1 pre-bed.If you "had" to stay at 6 a day, would you rather take 4 pre-workout, and 2 later in the day(dinner time), or just stick to 2/2/2?
