DC Training For Beginners

I think the 3 day a week schedule is geared towards older people IME.

Im doing 4 days a week and been making steady progress without problems.

Actually, for recovery reasons, some may do the 3 way split 3 times a week. So that's each group being trained once week only.
Yeah usually as someone gets older they need more time to recover :P

Im pretty young so recovery isnt an issue. I also eat like a horse ;)
 
I've tried both the 4x/week and 3x/week and responded well to both. Were all different and will respond differently. I am young fella and respond better to 3x/week..jus sayin.

LOL!!! Seriously!! I am old. 3 days is perfect for me. Its funny when you have to wake up and admit your an old dude! You made me laugh. --thanks
