Dbol

everybody's probably going to bash you. But dbol only cycles aren't so bad, it's pretty comparable to a phera plex cycle. You can run it up to 30 or even 40 mg for 4-6 weeks. Anti-e on hand might be necessary, nolva/clomid pct...
 
Thanks I've got nolva and clomid on hand. I hear Dbol is usually run and then stacked with something else, but I haven't taken anything before and I don't wanna get too crazy.
 
I dont know your past history w anabolics, but d-bol alone was my first AAS. Was the best feeling, at that time, gained around 12lbs kept 8lbs. Strength and libido galore :), liver support is recommended. As Unreal mentioned, keep an anti-e and pct ready also watch your sodium intake. (those old rugby d-bols, brings back fond memories)
 
Well i guess peeps opinion has changed, but i thought it was not recommended to take just dbol. its better to shoot test with.... i dunno, i never really was good about understandind AAS
 
Dbol is an instant gratification drug....you take it, and very quickly see strength and weight gains....unfortunately, for most people those gains are also lost very quickly post cycle, especially in the cases of dbol used solo.

most internet gurus will bash you for a dbol only cycle and then turn around and run phera or max lmg themselves....these people are just parroting what they heard somewhere else....

at lower doses 20-30mgs he probably wont have a TON of water retention.....this will make the gains keepable....the problem with dbol is if you run 50mgs you could put on thirty lbs in a month but your probably gonna lose 20 in pct....its all water....dosed lower people lots of guys see less water....i know a guy that ran 20mgs a day....put on 10 lbs in a month and looked like he was on winny and tren....friggin shredded....and dry as a bone....
 
my 1st cycle was dbol 20mgs ed for a month gained 20lbs lost 15 strength and libido through the roof i highly suggest stacking it with some deca if you want to keep your gains plus its a pretty low side effect cycle and of course proper pct good luck
 
When I was a cash-strapped college student, a d-bol/deca stack was the best thing I could afford, and worked time and time again...
 
I'm only taking 20 mgs per day because my diet is perfect and I will simply turn my intensity up in the gym while I'm running it and while I'm on pct. I'm not like most people that juice up as much as possible and hit the gym three times per week. People that know how to train and diet keep gains!
 
I'm about to run a dianabol cycle at 20mg's per day.
Just wondering if anyone has any experiance with it.

I am not going to bash you because I did it, and dont plan to do it again. My 2 cents is to be very careful with estro rebound especially when running dbol solo with an AI to reduce water retention. Make sure the PCT is solid here and you should be fine with that side.

thats true if you know how to train and diet you can keep gains, but your not just dieting and training your also takin dianabol and im trying to explain that some of it will be water weight and you will lose it when you come off no matter how much you train and diet
 
sorry I don't mean diet as in trying to stay lean, I mean my diet is right as far as consuming enough calories and protien.
