He's where he wants to be though. Just because your on gear does not mean you aren't eating right or training like a beast. He still sticks to a diet.
 
I enjoy watching boston, sure he's a ****en idiot but he did get huge and I have no doubt he'll get back up there again. Anyways his videos are funny as ****,

I understand they don't take that symmetry into consideration but honestly, I would rather never show my abs if they didnt align like yours.

haha, I've been doing this same thing for about a year now, I just don't shave my face anymore, I let it grow out for a few days and then hit it with a beard trimmer, it's saving me a ton of time and money on extra razors, it helps I have blonde hair tho. I think that var is starting to really kick in, how many weeks have u been on it now?

Going into week 3 man. I have a constant pump now. My aggression and strength is insane. My test dose bumps tomorrow and monday doubles my tren/mast dose. I was repping 455 low bar squats for 4x6 last night after 225lb front squats and lunges like it was my warmup. Couple dudes came over and asked how I'm running my doses (other bodybuilders). I guess my vascularity in my legs was freakin them out. I told them what I was running and they were blown away.

The local "champ" that competes in nationals asked if I ever want a coach he would love to take me under his wing. That's a BIG fukin dude. He said I was blasting myself on legs like I hated myself lol. I love leg days.

yeah week 3 is when I start to notice var making magic happen. The constant pump it gives is awesome as well as the strength increase. Keep killing it brother!

Funny story... I grabbed the wrong vial this am.. Shot 100mg tren E. Was supposed to be 300mg deca which I've been on for 7 weeks now... Oops. Hope I don't die from 2 19 Nors. :-D

That's my normal refeed. Has been for the last 4 months. Sushi Sunday lol. Last night it was grilled chicken in a mountain of red potatoes.

So I think I am gunna make a video. I got a sick idea to block my face. What muscle group? I'm thinking legs or maybe shoulders.

I have a sick camera w/ tripod and a gopro. I could do a pretty sweet video.

Shoulders or legs would be sick honestly since I'm trying to grow those the most.. Along with my biceps
 
U don't want to do daves Shoulder work out. Very few work outs have made me Puke. I earled, like projectile style. I had to run full speed out the front of the gym.
 
I am down for any workout that makes me puke, I've had to run out of the gym and puke right in the street many times during a leg workout lol, btw I started a log to try and motivate myself, as I've, in what seems suddenly, gotten out of shape. I even thought about posting it in this section because it's everyone I talk to, but I posted it in the supplements section since I'm not taking any AAS haha
