I don't feel that big at 6'1" 235, it's a classic case of body dismorphia. Nice lift!

It depends on ur digestive system... U may not "sh!t out everything u eat", in one day, lol....did u change ur food intake, or water intake in the last few days?......( still funny....).........

I do that when I'm trying to push my weight up to new heights (dirty as fück, since I'm a fat powerlifter) and I slack on calories for a day. Boom. Instant 5lb weight loss and the next 3-4 days are a battle with the fork and the toilet to get my weight back to where it needs to be.
 
Another recipie. High calorie. Strawberry chocolate over night oats.

Comes out to 16 g fats 115 carbs and 58 g protein. Pre workout meal of Champions. 806 calories


300 grams strawberries.
1 cup oats
1 cup 1% milk
2 servings unsweetened coco powder.
2 small containers of okios strawberry yogurt.
1 scoop cellucor molten chocolate whey
About 2 tablespoons or 4 packets of sweetener

Step one..throw all the **** in a bowl and stuff it in the fridge overnight.

Done.

Alternatively if you prefer hot...another recipe. ..


1 cup milk of choice
1 cup old fashion oats
300 grams of either strawberries, cherries or bananas. I prefer bananas with this one...
2 servings unsweetened coco powder.
1 scoop cellucor marshmellow peanut butter whey
2 servings mini marshmallows
Sweeten to taste. Probably 1 table spoon sweetener.


Put your oats in a bowl with milk. Cook till its done.
Let cool a bit.
Put oats back in microwave with marshmallows for 1 minute. This is called double cooking. It's a real thing. You'll thank me.
Then mix in bananas or other fruit and the rest of the ingredients.

You should have a peanut butter melted Marshmellow food porn in front of you. mash the bananas if you want. Calories and macros I can't list atm but similar to first one with 200+ carbs.

that's pretty much all i did aside from sleep and hate everyone/everything.

Update: weighed in at 215 when I woke up and calipers put me at 7-8%
 
Got told today by an Officer to be nicer to his marines because I intimidate them. I told him to get some real marines that have a pair of nuts because I'm not changing for anyone's "feelings".

Peel your labels and put em in your checked bags. They are dog medication. They can't prove they aren't.

I have plenty of times. Fuk I took 10 vials plus 4 months of pins and ancillaries to afghan through customs lol. Airports dont give a ****. Don't put everything all next to eachother in your bag to raise suspicion.

Seriously don't sweat it. They are dog medications. They literally can't prove differently. What's the worst that happens? They confiscate em and let you go.

Congrats on the lean gains! And agreed concerning fat powerlifters....google Stan "the Rhino" Efferding. Dude cuts like a wrestler to make the 275 class, shredded. You don't get any points for looking good doing it, but you don't have to get fat to get strong either...just makes it a tad easier ;)

i've put gear in an eye dropper bottle before (dumped out the eye drops of course). those are supposed to be sterile. i didn't get an infection.

Yeah Efferding is a beast, I'm pretty sure he had a WR total at some point, not sure if it still stands though. I try to follow Powerlifting and BB as well as I can so I know most of the dudes. BB is my ultimate goal for now though but I fully believe in a workout based around the big three, and if/when I feel I'm strong enough I'll definitely consider PL. Also I don't mind being bulky at all, but I definitely wouldn't wanna be looking like the super heavyweight PLs.

Thanks bro. I have heard that from a few bodybuilders. I don't see it but I am told my upper to lower body proportions and length are perfect. We will see. Gotta live through this prep
 
3 More pics. My Side tricep is whack but my tricep looks good. Back relaxed my legs werent flexed right. My side relaxed is pretty decent.
