7 sets 3 reps 225lbs, 250lbs, 275lbs, 295lbs, 315lbs, 335lbs, 350lbs**Mixed stances each rep in the sets
1 set 3 reps 365lbs**Conv
1 set 3 reps 365lbs**Sumo
Have 3 different stances for conv and 2 for sumo so today was figuring out my conv stance. A wider stance in conv seems to suit me better and I feel stronger in it.
