like always it was a nice workout, no strength incrases this week though.

Diet was 100%
 
Day 162

Rest Day

cheated today because i really dont notice any difference in weeks that i cheat and weeks i dont......i just dont want to make it a habbit.
 
Day 163

Chest/Tri's

didnt get enough food in today....i went half the day with no food and my diet started at my pre post w/o meals.
 
Day 164

back/bi's

diet was 100%

what a night man....cops and threatened to be arrested( kind of) for something i had no control over is no fun....they are some intense people cussing every other word and ending every sentence with the word, ****.

no offence to cops, im just saying
 
No its ok to talk smack on the five o...while i appreciate and respect them for the crazy job they do ...but most of them have pretty short fuses...They have the highest percentage of domestic abuse than any other profession.

Diet was 100% i cheated but the meal plan says to :)

about 15 weeks to go NOT ONE CHEAT!!!!!!!!

i hate typing that, cause if i do cheat i am a tool.

what a ****ty ass day, sore scratchy throat with hicups ALL DAY, makes drinking a real treat....it feels like swallowing sandpaper.....ah well better luck tomorrow

Not my decision at all! Thats his choice!

Dan here is on cruise control. He is basicially making the decisions himself on what he wants which is the goal of all the programs. Get you to the point where you tihnk for yourself and don't need me at all :D
 
^ i have no idea WBWD thats why i cant totally think for myself just yet....im on cruise contol cause i need a damn job,lol. i have applied to a ton of places to no avail but i just cut 5lbs of hair off so maybe ill shag one this time.

i have bills now :(

and 15 weeks isnt too hard when u think of the 15th sunday and the huge ass cheat day ur going to have whille not feeling guilty because your ripped or damn close to it. You just had to bring up the wings...damn you :)

on wed. im going to start doing cardio in the morning like i should be.....i was going to start today but i woke up and felt like **** again....it seemed to get better as the day went along though, ill have a date every wed at 4:30! then ill get to come home and sleep for an hour before i have to wake up again:nutkick:

Chest/Tri's

Diet was 100%

sweet!! im noticing nice leaning out in my shoulders, tri's, traps, and upper back. I hope it continues.
 
Day 175

Back/Bi's/Shoulders

Diet was shoddy, i was out most of the day so i couldnt adhear to the meal plan exactley....i got my pre/post workout meals in fine but the rest of the day was just chicken on whole wheat and some milk....not bad at all but not 100%.
 
GOOOOOD ones.......its seems i notice it all happen over night too its never gradual.

its funny too because i have been following the same diet for the past 5 or so weeks( the one i stalled out on at 214, but magically im dropping about 1.8 lbs/week now) and holding steady at around 205.....i think i might just keep at it because im loving what its doing.

i give it 4 more weeks before im officially a semi lean looking person.
 
thats awsome man looks like must feel great top be experiencing such great improvments.

Just on a side note, do you find it hard to accomidate eating during school or does it just become second nature?
 
def. feels awesome.

eating at school was one of my biggest problems with this whole thing.......i didnt want to bring all that food in the cafeteria with me so for a while i just ran out to my car to eat lunch....until i got caught....so now i just bring some raw eggs to school and slam them down in the locker room....it has become second nature, and its not hard at all cause one would only need 1 meal at school, to follow te 2-4hr meal frequency rule.

As long as your strength is staying up you should be just dropping body fat.

****...i hope its not that...actually im pretty positive its not. Because i leaned out fine when doing it in the evening.

its just easier to no ticewhen u have less BF.

Weight is still coming along nicley which absolutley amazes me cause im on the same diet.

Big time, when body fat is low you can see really subtle changes. That can be a good motivator. (Sorry for the late response.)
 
how much longer you think your going to be on a cutting goal?

And when you are done are you going to take a break and maintain or do you want to bulk up?
 
i have about 10 weeks if that.

and i want to bulk, of course....i just gotta keep it under control this time.

Datman side question you planning on posting pictures when your done, like before and after? I would really like to see thr progress.
 
Processed chicken breaded into a patty then fried...then sometimes smothered in gravy.

But turns out you didnt miss anything bro..By the time I got too it was hard and chewy and nuker only made it worse. Now Im all bloated and had heartburn because I ate it soo late at night...workout sucked because I did not sleep properly.. No need to ban me... I am suffering too day...

It sucks when you plan a cheat and the food sucks...makes you want to cheat again dammit! Might as well and do the dantman diet and dont cheat at all.
 
lol, i know how that feels....just a wasted cheat day where you could have eaten CLEAN and it be more satisfying.

Cant win em all i guess.
