Hello everyone, I know I'm slacking on getting in the gym, which is not good nor is it like me. Since DD and I broke up its going to be hard for me to make it to the gym because the one we went to was one I couldn't go to without him, soo not I have to find a new gym, which is harder then it should be in this town.
I hope to get back on track with everything here soon and I will still be logging for BPS once I get the sup. it's been a very hard week on me and I hope things turn around soon! Thanks everyone for everything! Stay tuned, who know I might go to the gym today.![]()
The important thing is to stick to it. Don't make up excuses and just get in there. Do what's hard in life. Get in that gym and crush it so you can reap the rewards.
I'm sure it varies from area to area. They usually do "free trials."
Understandable. I think most of us do. However, just go in there for the main purpose of getting fit. Don't pay attention to anyone else. Get in, do your sets, get out. This isn't to say be disrespectful to other gym-goers, but rather to not over-think things. I'm sure over-thinking about the other people in the gym and what they're thinking is what makes us hate new gyms.
hello everyone. I'm doing sooo much better today, things are starting to turn around for me finally so no more of those sappy bull sh*t post! Time to get on this!

I killed it today, ad some extra weight to some of them and even added some more reps, Maxed out on my leg extension which felt amazing. Cant believe I can press that much for how little I am.. Def got some stares in the gym haha. Running went great, felt a good burn and so happy I was actually able to run this time. Should be getting my Vanillean in the mail either this week or early next and seriously can not wait to start logging it and seeing what it does for my body!
Going to NYC for New Years but I'm going to try and go one more time before I leave on Sunday morning. Just depends how quick my body is going to recover from today, I'm gonna be sore as F*ck tomorrow from those leg presses.
Got my measurements done finally they are as follows:
Hips: 34"
Waist: 26"
Bust: 34"
And also my weight is: 113-115ish

Good news! Finally picked up my Vanillean from DD. Actually just started it tonight! Really excited to see what this sup is gonna do for me and my body!! Hitting the gym tomorrow and getting back to it! Think I'm going to wait till mid way through my bottle to take update pics then will take them again when I finish the sup!

Damn only a few hours after taking Vanillean I can feel it working. Body temp has risen like crazy, kinda feel funny too but in a good way. Kind of excited about the body temp thing cause I'm normally a really cold person. Here we go!!

Did a huge workout today to try to compensate for missing 2 weeks. Felt amazing to get back in the gym again, and cant lie starting to really like the looks I get while I'm there! Vanillean is treating my body right, though at the end of my workout I was very shaky from not eating a whole lot, due to the apatite suppression, will adjust my diet to try to get some more Cals in it so I don't feel the same way next time!!
Not really, I did mess up once and not drink enough water when I took my dose and it gave me really bad heartburn then. But other then that no, and it's surprising too because I have stomach ulcers. Why do you ask?

Hello all, just joined the site and looking forward to starting this chapter of my life.
My boyfriend Dangerdave will be coaching me. I've never really worked out to gain body mass or to tone up, so this will be a new experience for me. My current body weight is about 120 with 18%-20% BF. my current weight goal is 105 as I am looking more to tone then I am to gain muscle, I will be doing my best at the gym and in the kitchen. With the help of Dangerdave who has created a great diet and workout plan for me!
Can't wait to get everyone updated and hoping I get a ton of responses!
